Why should we accept you for this position: [/b]I feel as if you should accept me to this server for the facts of, I'm a very friendly and interactive person. Being talkative and helpful is just something I always love to do. Let me do say as well, I'm a very very blunt person when it comes to doing my job right. I take actions quickly. I don't negotiate. I follow the rules and rules set in place by the server and take accountable punishments for a certain issue. Immaturity and disrespect is something I dislike greatly.
What experience do you have with this position: [/b]
Proof of evidence of me being staff before I am not accountable for due to me taking a year break from Minecraft, although I will explain my experience in a chance of it counting. July 18th, 2015 I became Junior Admin on "Elder Craft". The server was a Enhanced Survival with custom plugins and RPG setting. I obtained staff by working my way up as a valued player with the higher chance due to donations. I was never fired or job marked on the server, loss of staff position was due to a closing of the server May 4th, 2016. My main focus was to promote a clean and friendly community for all players and staff. Control fights that break out, chat spamming, hazing, modding/hacking, ect. Discipline is a short action for me. I promote server rules, we have them for a reason. You don't follow them, you face the required discipline for that rule break. I do not appreciate spamming, you will be muted. This not only goes to player, this also includes staff, I overlook players and staff equally. Staff are leaders, promote the rules and values we look for on the server. Staff mistreating players or breaking rules will be reported to Owner immediately. I'm not a fun and games person. I love the people i'm around and tend to be extremely friendly and open handed for everyone. I also am very blunt when it comes to my job and doing whats right for the server. A friendly server environment is what I aim to do and make happen. Every player and staff is my concern and I always keep eyes out for everyone equally.
