First off, there should be both a player ID and a player name.
The ID would be automatically assigned to a player's account permanently.
The name would be the thing that everyone would change around.
Second, there should be a command to let you look up the players ID. I say this because an IP ban would ban anyone who played on that computer, whereas an ID ban would ban the player without punishing their family/friends.
Third, (not exactly a must, but its a good way to get it done) there should be some sort of application process where a player submits a form to change their name. the form is looked over, and either approved or denied. There should also be a limit to both the amount of people filling out forms, and a limit to the amount of time you can spend filling one out. If you don't like being rushed, then plan your application before starting the process.
Fourth, there should be a cooldown of one month minimum before you can submit your next application. This will encourage people to plan and improve their application before sending it in.
Mojang could also make requirements that they state before the player fills out the form, such as no caplocks, and minimal incorrect spellings. If the player ignores these requirements and still sends it in, their automatic filter would deny it. This would help both Mojang and other players who submitted a proper application.

I have a couple bajillion songs for the pack... and as you could tell, I have my hands full, but I AM trying to get only one song per artist so as we are fair. I honestly had not thought to ask tombstone, and shall do so.
On a different note, I am changing how I am handling all the songs (because theyre all so awesome, I CANT not add them), so as each disc only has one song. If you know any good background music (calm, or peaceful, no upbeat disco music please :P) then please let me know!
And lastly... I have been getting a bit caught up with the music, and have been trying to get everything working nicely, so the Flutter-Ghasts and Pinkie Creepers shall be put on hold, sorry guys. D:

Also, does the terraformer need to be good with World Edit or is it alright if its done by Virtual-Hand, because I have been told (multiple times) that I am good at terraforming. If need be I could even take some pics of my work so you have a general idea of what I can do.

Yes, we know you can add new sounds via AudioMod, HOWEVER, 1st, we want to replace the original ones, not add new ones, and 2nd, its much easier to install a Soundpack like a Texture Pack than install a whole new set of stuff that needs to go in different places, and that brings me to my 3rd point. If we WERE to use AudioMod we would need to create another mod in order to access those new sounds, and seeing as we dont want to program whats already been done, we are using the Soundpack mod.
