I don't know if this is planned or not, but an Eaves Of Fangorn biome could be cool.It would right outside Fangorn with dark grass and filled with Uruks and Uruk camps.Maybe someone else could come up with more ideas for it.

So what's in store for next months update? What I would suggest is since there's only like 13-15 more biomes to be added, to go ahead and put them in that way the next update after that can focus more on the next big thing (whatever that might be).And maybe add in the fast-travel system.Just my 2 cents worth.

Congrats on reaching the terrain gen goal! I sure has been a long year... Now that you have reached it, what's next? Quests, one-off structures such as Minas Tirith, or adding more biomes in less known regions? Also, when will 1.7 support be coming?
I would imagine he would try to first get all fifty biomes implemented, then add all structures, then add all characters, THEN add quests.

I've returned with a suggestion for the Ithillien biome! Now I know this is probably already planned in some shape or form, but it would cool if you could add Forbidden Pools in the Ithillien biomes, and that could be the Ithillien equivalent to Rohan and Gondor's watchtowers.

Yeah, I just caught my mistake, sorry.
Also, why are you so anti-Harad? (Unless, of corse, you're a hard core Gondorean, then I forgive you... :P )
lol, well I was really just stating my opinion from a view of thinking this was Middle-Earth only (and I'm hardcore Rohan actually :D)

    As is yours:

As quoted from the first page:
    "Other realms... Valinor?"
By your logic, ("since Harad isn't in Middle-Earth it shouldn't be added in the first place then.")
that should not be added either. But it might, so..
    That could also include Haradwaith.
And part of Harad (The country, not the land) is in southern Middle Earth. The rest of it is on the Hither Lands and Haradwaith...
What this mod's logo actually should be Is "Brining Arda to Mincraft" since he has several things in the mod that are not part of Middle Earth. (Main thing that comes to mind: Galvorn.)
Good point, but my comment is not redundant, I didn't ask or state something that already is there, I merely suggested it not be there.

But the FAQ usually include something like Gandalf or Legolas etc. I think it would be ridiculous to be able to spawn gandalf because then you could make 4 gandalfs and that just wouldn't work, I'm suggesting mobs and biomes that were creatively thought out because I'm pretty sure nobody touched on the Haradrim and the Easterlings thus far and i'd think they'd make a great addition

    Quoted from main page:

And some of the main planned features still to come in future updates:
    • A total of over fifty new biomes, including unexplored regions such as Rhûn and Harad
    • Map generation which accurately resembles Tolkien's map of Middle-earth
    • Even more blocks, items, and races from Middle-earth
    • Quests ranging from small tasks to epic adventures
    • Characters and structures from the Lord of the Rings storyline
    • Boss battles
    • Other realms... Valinor?
So really your suggestion is really redundant.

Harad was NOT added, that is just the southern part of Gondor. More of a no-man's-land between Harad and the Southern Kingdom. Harad is NOT technically in Endor (I.e.Middle Earth), it is a southern land that the Country Harad got it's name from.
Also, Khand should be included with Rhûn and Harad. One never hears anything about the land behind Mordor...

Ignoring technicalities I've always considered Far Harad to be Harad anyways, and since Harad isn't in Middle-Earth it shouldn't be added in the first place then.

Don't listen to the other guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about. Suggestions are always accepted. However realms such as Harad and The East are separate multi biome affairs, and thus won't be added until after middle earth terrain generation. But those were some very good suggestions, and you clearly have some level of intelligence, so set your mind to thinking of other ideas that exist within central middle earth, like additions to the existing factions, or new races within middle earth.

P.S. The Easterlings are my favorite culture in Tolkien's world.
You obviously need to reed the FAQ as well, it says don't suggest things that are obviously going to be added. I do know what I'm talkin about, I've been supporting Mevans since before this mod was created.

Gandalf and Legolas have nothing to do with what you were talking about. The FAQ clearly states that if it's in Middle-Earth, it WILL be added eventually.Yes incuding Gandalf and Legolas. Harad was just added anyway.

On another note is the next update going to be ME Terrain Generation? because if so that's freakin awesome.

I've been playing this Mod forever it's my favorite mod thus far. I have a suggestion since the The servants of Sauron (Orcs, Uruk-Hai, Dunlendings, Wargs, Trolls) don't have as much biomes and mobs as the Good guys (Rohirrim, Gondor People, Dwarves, Elves, Wood Elves, Ents, Hobbits, Rangers). I suggest adding a desert like biome since currently there isn't one that is sort of like the one in the third movie in the battle of Pelennor feilds or Rhun (but it is a bit less known but also a desert and original home of Easterlings) and the Biome would be home to Haradrim and Easterlings and you could also add Easterling armor and weapons and Haradrim Bows. It'd be cool to see the desert biome in Red sand instead of the boring old sand of normal MC deserts. They would (obviously) work for the evil team as they did in the movie and provide a nice addition to balance out good and evil. I really hope you read this and add it it, Keep up the Awesome work guys :)

    http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Haradrim
    http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Rh%C3%BBn

The one above is a simple vision of Rhun not based on facts or even in a game just a little cinematic but it might inspire some inspiration and it shows off the Easterlings very well

just some links that I think might help :)
read the FAQ dude, everything that's in Middle-Earth is going to be added at some point. So next time you want to ask if something in Middle-Earth can be added, don't.

So I haven't been on the forums in a while, and watching AtlanticCraft's Fellowship series has sparked my interest to come back and investigate this mod again. So I am very curious as to what's in store for the next big update? can I expect stuff like Helm's Deep, Mines Of Moria, and Rivendell to show up soon?
