Assuming you want to switch it from creative to survival, you'll have to edit the level.dat file. The problem is that you apparently can't open .dat files without special software. I don't know what would work, and I myself would like the ability to change the game mode. So I too would like to know: How do you edit a .dat file?

    NBTedit works.

Thanks for the awesome review! Hopefully, you can review the sequel. Did you play this on 1.8.1 and if so, did you encounter any bugs? :biggrin.gif:

I did play on 1.8.1 and I did not find any bugs.

    Destroy the Diamond Comet!

    OVERALL: 14/20 GREAT

    Originality/Creativity: 4/5
It's an escape map with a twist! saw a lot of creativity in this map, especially in a couple of the puzzles. Awesome job!
I especially liked the flint and steel puzzle.

    Gameplay: 4/5
The jumping puzzle was fairly annoying.
However, the rest of the puzzles were outstanding (and not impossible like most maps, lol)

    Difficulty: 3/5
For me, the game was a little short, and without monsters, it was a bit easy.
However, easy is better than impossible.
So, I'll have to bump you down a bit for how short and easy it was.

    Graphics: 3/5
I really liked the details, although the overall landscape was a little bad-looking.
The buildings were well designed from the inside. Looking from the outside, they looked a bit ugly.
So, the graphics could be better. They're still okay, though!

Overall, it's a great map! Just remember that I'm a tough reviewer, so a 14/20 on my scale is a very well-made map.

    Just played through it.
Very fun, the rooms were epic!
It was a little too hard to figure out where to go next in the tree room and the dark room was impossible with monsters.
De-discontinue this, I'd love to see more content!

    Okay, here's my review:

    Escape the Facility!
    by guy1234567890

    OVERALL: 13/20 GOOD

    Originality/Creativity: 3/5
This is an escape-style map, which doesn't make the overall objective or storyline very new.
However, I saw some creativity with the pistons, so that bumped your score up.

    Gameplay: 2/5
This is the hardest to pull off in a map. Personally, I hate jumping challenges, and there were WAY too many of them. I also noticed quite a few impossible jumps but I may be missing a ladder or something.
Death was too common. Even though there was a very awesome (and confusing) checkpoint system, death was very annoying.

    Difficulty: 1/5
For me, this game was a little hard, I would suggest making an "easy" version for noobs.
It was fun, but there's nothing new and interesting about lava-jumping puzzles, except for the fact that it's a one-slip trip to burning.

    Graphics: 5/5
I saw some AMAZING graphics and buildings in this game, and everything looked well put together. Nice work!
I especially like the tunnels that were just out of your reach. Great lighting effects!

    +1 Boost
I'm going to boost the score for the size of this map. You must have worked really hard on this!

    +1 Boost
I'm also going to boost the score for the awesome checkpoint system. Boy, was that a help!

Overall, it's a great map, but a little on the hard side. This is a parkour-lover's dream, but for the average player, it's simply death.
