No god related to the wind or speed? :sad.gif: If there was one like that, that one would be my choice for a god since I'm a Paladin, and can choose any god I want ^.^
Either way, let's pretend, for a minute, that we would accept furnace tiers...
How in the hell would a more efficient furnace make fuel last longer? It burns the same way, and it should take the same time burning, is all.
And instead of making them cook stuff faster, it should just allow you to cook more than one item at the same time per piece of fuel.
I think I have just read a fail. If you can only cook one item per fuel, WHY DOES 1 COAL COOK 8!? HMMM? HOW DO YOU ANSWER THAT!? By saying: Because some fuels cook more then 1 item per fuel.
Wooden furnace recipe is the same as chest, and in general, wood furnaces would be OUTRAGEOUS!! There's a reason that you use wood as fuel :sleep.gif: And I think 1 furnace type is enough.
Crafting a Levitator will require certain materials, including iron ignots, gold ignots, redstone, obsidian and diamond. (Will add a blueprint later)
Haven't even taken the time to read the rest of the suggestion because you lost my vote right here. Every single suggestion that just throws in a bunch of unrelated materials into the crafting table to make the end result more expensive (which at the same time also destroys Minecraft's carefully maintained pattern of actually placing materials in the shape of what you want to craft) is always a bad idea.
:sleep.gif: Obsidian will probably craft it (same way as a furnace, but with obsidian instead). The other ones are there to be used as "fuel."
They should also wear out so you can not just set up an auto clicker and come back with tons of stuff.
I agree this kind of goes with my other post about random drop %'s I just think there should be more ways to get ores and such and with small percentages it wouldn't break the game cause you'd have to mine for hours to get even one diamond. I think you should be able to get iron as well with the same idea it'd drop an iron shard which you'd require 9 of to make a full ingot.
Well, iron has properties closer to that of gold then diamond, so you'd probably find nuggets of it. Then, the rest is the same as with gold :wink.gif:
Maybe do it like this: = wool = Strong wool ( )
Now, do this: = Rope ( )
Now do this: = 2 small rope ( )
So, do this: = 1 string. Lots of wool for 2 string. That means you'd need to do this twice to get a bow, and many more times to make lots of fishing rods :wink.gif:
EDIT: Just in case someone thinks I support the idea, I don't. I'm just saying a way that might actually make it work, but it still wouldn't be. As ygdrasel said, mob drops are REWARDS (Well, not Zombie drops... But I'm sure they will one day!)!!
And maybe you should have to smelt the individual nuggets to "purify" them before putting them into the crafting table :wink.gif:
I'd imagine smelting would be needed to make them usable. Maybe the crafting table will piece them into a gold cobble of sorts, followed by smelting for ingots.
Finding gold is work :tongue.gif: It just makes sense to smelt it. I added the gold cobble bit because the furnace isn't big enough for 9 pieces :tongue.gif:
So, a furnace can't hold 9 nuggets, but can hold a full stack of gold ore? HOW THE HECK DOES THAT WORK!? I was suggesting exactly what you said (minus the gold cobble part, it just goes straight to ingot)

Impossible. Notch (as far as I know) was the founder of Mojang.

4 sand in the crafting table. Don't believe me? Go check the wiki.

True. In fact, the game itself isn't even necessary.
