Okay I'm gonna start out saying i'm not the best at making skins, I do know how to shade but i'm not the best at it. Each skin I make will take me awhile (30 minutes or so) I can do about any type of skin, I will say i'm not the most talented on anime skins :/ It just isn't my thing so if you submit a skin like that and it turns out , hey I warned you!

The TF2 Scout looks amazing! I do would like to do 1 thing to the skin but if you can't i'll do it myself, it would be to make less of a variety of each color. So don't have really light grey on his pants and have darker grey. I know i'm really picky and I am ocd so everything needs to look perfect
