Hm okay, that does help. Good to narrow things down!
I'm checking stuff out now with forge but I still don't really understand why it would be causing issues. I'll keep digging though and post here if I figure it all out!
I think that it's conflicting with something to do with forge (for whatever reason - I have no idea why there would be a conflict there but somebody else has mentioned it too).
I'll have a look into it and see if I can figure out a fix!
Any other mods installed? I just checked mc1.9.2 with the latest optifine (B2) and there were absolutely no issues.
I have a feeling the issues you guys are experiencing might be caused by a mod conflicting somehow. If I know what mods you're using I'll try and figure out exactly what the cause is though!
The stone sword has a bit of a different style than the others which makes it look a bit strange, seems like it could do with a stronger outline to fit in with the other tools a bit better I think.
I added in textures for the guardians, tweaked a few textures, improved the skybox and lightmap if you're using optifine (or mcpatcher although it's outdated and doesn't work any more), added in a couple of alts and there were a few general colour changes I implemented but I can't exactly recall what blocks they were for...
I should've kept a list of updated things as I was working on the update but I completely forgot, sorry!
Sorry I've been away for so long everyone, I've added version 3.4 as the latest version (which is 1.9 ready by default). I finished this update over a month ago so I'm not sure why it's taken so long for me to update to it but it's done now at least.
Thanks for all the comments and support you've given whilst I've been away!
Don't worry about it, I doubt anybody is thinking you're putting swastikas in the hope of creating a new generation of neonazis... It's so stylised I doubt many people would notice it either.
Personally as I'm still working on finishing my pack for the last simple pack showdown I'd rather it was a different theme but I'd very much enjoy a new contest!
Seems like the tau thread has plenty of people popping in and showing stuff off currently so there would likely be a lot of interesting entries too.
So I haven't posted in a while but I've still been working on random pixel art including my new pack (the one I did for the last simple pack challenge). It's got a lot more complete now so I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on it! It would take too long to post pics here and I don't feel like it's ready for a thread just yet so here's a link to the WIP for anybody who feels like trying it out.
Small avatars like mine upscale to a certain minimum size which makes it looks blurry and terrible, the main section where you select which thread to click on looks rather clunky compared to the current version - the icons to the left are very bland and the thread titles only seem to spread across half the available space which clutters things up. Also the plain white background makes it kinda fatiguing to look at.
Titles across half available space:
On the plus side, I like the new location for quoting, replying, etc. and the new editing looks really nice and well thought out.

Not with this system unfortunately, just mcpatcher and optifine(?)

Are you playing in 1.9?
I don't seem to be having any issues with mine.

Good point! It's a very easy change too. I'll add in a few alternates for that and the red sandstone variant too. Thanks for the feedback.

It's a stony avocado obviously...
Looks cool though, I like the highlights on the cobble, it's a pretty interesting way of doing it (instead of using clusters).

Click me!
It's got a couple of textures from pixel perfection and still has a few default ones but it still gives an idea for the overall feel I think.

I agree with eleazzaar, they're just a bit *too* noisy. Maybe tone down on the amount of white speckles in the blocks just a little.

Got a few errors due to comma placement for the blockstate files. The model file itself seems fine though.
Hopefully that helps!

Voxolotl: Glad that worked out okay.
