Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph):Well the reason that I want this position is I want to help servers that need help and it's fun to moderate you get to meet new people and I like helping people and playing games with it.I found you post and I thought that it wasn't just some little kid asking for staff and it was legit and I thought this would not be one of those servers that dies after there is no pay.
Experience (details):I used to own an old prison server like a year ago, I got like 50 people on. Helped keep it up by donations.I know how to handle hackers and people that are breaking the rules.I know how to use the commands and I know what to do in bad situations.

Dedicated time:I am not going to lie about this, I will not say that I can be on 24/7 yes I do have school and yes that takes a lot of time out of the day but when I am on it will be of my fullest attention and I probably will be on maybe an hour after school ends to finish homework and such. I would be on lets say 5pm to 10pm that whole time I would maybe being afk watching a video but quiet frequently be looking at chat to see if someone needs something.
What you can bring: I can bring my experience and my knowledge of essentials plugin and other commands alike. I would gladly like to help the people on the server if its regular players or builders that need help with something I can do it.

It went down sadly because of no donations and no money to pay for the server, hopefully this will not lose funding like that one did.
4) Your experience in Minecraft and Bukkit:I have been playing minecraft since late 2011 so I have been playing for a while. I have experience with bukkit because my friends bought a server and they put some plugins on it and we tested the commands out and had fun.

Age( Honesty is most important): 16
Experience with plugins( from 1-10 please list proof): 7, familiarized with the general plugins such as Essentials, World Edit, also with some side plugins such as CoreProtect and a variety of anti-cheat plugin. I am one of the fastest learners when it comes to plugins and topics about MineCraft.
Maturity level( please be honest): 9.5/10, when it comes to a staff position, I am very mature yet sometimes on the silly side so people won't think I'm a robot, but when it comes to serious positions such as Admin or Head-Admin, I am as mature as possible so people can take me seriously. On other servers that I have been on, I have been liked by the staff because my maturity level is a perfect balance of staff-maturity and fun maturity to keep the staff team alive, happy, and motivated.
Time each day( at least an hour): During my vacations, I can be online for up to 9-10 hours, during a school day I would be able to get on around 3-4 hours a day.
How will you trouble shoot a problem(please explain): First of all I would identify what exactly the problem is. I would check what caused this problem and get as much information about the problem as I can. If I can solve it easily, then I would fix it as soon as possible so it would not cause problems for the other players. If it is something serious that is out of my reach, I would contact the owners as soon as possible so that it would be fixed.
What will you do if a player is reported cheating(please explain): I would see if it was a very serious case of cheating, such as adding hacked items to kill people, or if it was a small offense such as a couple blocks broken. Since most "cheating" is considered serious (fly hacking, hacked items, glitch abusing) I would take the correct action to punish them by banning them from the server.
Previous bans/demotion( remember honesty counts): I have not been banned on my other servers before because I keep an honest profile and I am always against any sorts of hacks.
Define abusing administrative powers: Abusing administrative powers is when a staff member uses their powers to their advantage, such as giving themselves items not for productive reasons, but for reasons such as showing off to players or simply making fun of them. When people abuse their powers, it is because they have the feeling of superiority and that they are above everyone, but their job is to maintain a safe and comfortable environment so that the players can enjoy their time on the server, not to show off their powers to the other players.
What will you do if you see another staff abusing power( for Head-Admin): If they are using their commands to test them for the first time or if they made a mistake, I would give them their one and only warning so that they will not do it again in the future. If they abuse their powers again after I gave them a warning, I would mention it to the owners and take the correct actions to punish them, depending on how seriously they abused their powers.
Extra information: I have a history of being on the staff team on many other games. I have been a moderator on one server, and a helper on another server for several months (I can provide proof if you need it). Just a plus: I am a very fast typer (155WPM) so it comes to good use when chatting with players and moderating chat, or talking to the other staff members about their jobs or improvements.

Hello I am a mod or admin which ever you choose and I have had experience in other servers, I am just looking for a server that needs me possibly a vanilla server that needs someone op to be on.Or it could be a minigames server which ever finds me.I have my own application so if someone does find me I hope you don't make me fill another one out.
