1. No. Find a mod, google it or just make it yourself. I'm sure it's a fairly easy mod to make.
2. Farm the ingredients you need. Need Netherwart? Make a netherwart farm. Need nuggets? Make a zombie pigmen farm... Or just mine some gold. Need gunpowder? You really shouldn't be brewing till you've got a mob farm...
3. Spawner traps. It will always be slow. I'm currently working on a fully automatic farm based on something I saw earlier. Although, I could just be seeing things and it could all be a bust. If it works, I'll provide proper details on how to create it. If it does work, it would be the fastest EXP farm, and the one with the least lag.
4. Sure. Find a mod that removes server lag. owait.
5. Mods. Google it. "Remove bedrock fog minecraft 1.0.0"

I have SSP commands, so I felt like testing every level on 50 diamond swords and 50 diamond picks. The strange thing is, for the pickaxes, I have all levels except 49 and 50, but the pick with the best enchant was a level 35, with Unbreaking III, Efficiency IV and Fortune III. What I am trying to say is, enchantments are extremely random and it is only a matter of time before you get an epic enchant like the one above. So yea, keep trying :wink.gif:

Everything must be perfectly symmetrical. My buildings are quite nice, but they're all exactly the same. Just bigger, or larger.
If I go below sea level for something, the walls and the floor must be stone. 1 block out of place and I will spend forever to fix it.
In my inventory...
It must be perfectly organized. If it isn't, I ****ing rage.
My chests...
I don't give a damn about organising them for a while. When I envetually do, I end up building a 5-6 story bank with an elevator to take me between levels. Each floor usually holds approximately 40-50 chests. Do I use em all? No. It's just what I do. I usually use about half of the first floor.
Do I need an even number of sticks?
NO. I NEVER. EVER. EVER. HAVE STICKS. I will make ONLY enough sticks to get me by. And whatever is left over is turned into stone swords for my zombie XP farm.
I just got my trusty diamond pickaxe, i was mining near a lava spring, and my friend came over and pressing buttons, pressed "Q" got my pickaxe in the lava. I was sad but the i realized i hordes diamonds in my house. I went over, guy was a griever stole my diamonds, I was like FUUUUUUUUU.... then he spawn 50 creepers after teleporting to me.....
RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE! 50 CREEPERS!

I am also in the process of writing a WIP Novel inspired by Minecraft. Unfortunately for both you and I, they're not the most revered things in the Minecraft universe. Oh well.
This is coming along quite nicely, might I say.
Whether they are the most sought after bit of Minecraft or not, I'm mighty proud of being able to get about 70-100 views on it daily. So far, my story seems to be the *statistically* most popular on the forums. Although, my story could just be going viral cuz people despise it so much. Nevertheless, writing is a hobby of mine, and as such the views matter not to me. So long as I get some feedback from people, such as you, Zide and patroninja, I'll enjoy doing it.

Coe's quest. He gets fortune III and unbreaking III or something like that. Coestar is ****ing lucky, always gets such great enchantments. :sad.gif:
I got Efficiency IV and Unbreaking III on my first pick I ever enchanted. It ended up lasting me hours on end.
