What got you interested in the server: The fact that it looks extremely professional instead of your typical SMP server which just threw an application in there. Also, the community projects seem like something I would want to get into.

I don't know whether this was a bug or they implemented it on purpose.

it teleports every player in a close range from the command block to the coordinates.
Although most dont notice the problem, it teleports EVERYONE close to the command block, rather than teleporting just the closest player.
@p is defined as to target the nearest player, but it actually targets all of the players nearby.(try it yourself)
So my suggestion is, make @p only target the 1 player closest to the command block, rather than targeting all players nearby.
