It sounds more like how Llamas work. You hit them and they hit you back for one damage.
I don't like or dislike this. I don't normally use cats because I don't find them useful and don't like spending time in Jungles.
I guess so, but trying to tame an ocelot is extremely tedious and time consuming as they run away even when you move your mouse, as well as trying to get enough fish to actually tame one is a hassle too. Also, I personally use cats when I'm building in survival as they keep the creepers away.
Anyway, if cats worked similar to llamas, and not wolves I'd give support, but for now this needs more details

Seriously, you haven't given us any information about what a 'Cedric' is. Heck, you haven't even said if it's a mob, block or something else along those lines.
No words can explain how utterly vague this joke of a suggestion is. Also I see you mentioned "Fixing how easy it is to get the block in-game" which I can only see applies to a diamond block given the context. Diamond blocks aren't in any need of being made 'rarer' as I personally haven't seen anyone complain about diamonds being easy to obtain.
This isn't really a suggestion, it's only you saying "I want the factions plugin used on literally every generic server ever to be added to the game!" Oh, and with villagers added to the mix.
Honestly, Discord is a much better alternative than Skype as it is built specifically for gaming and can still be used exactly like Skype.
OT: The idea of friends lists in Minecraft are usually a terrible idea as YouTubers will get hundreds of invites and even making this toggle-able does not make this any better of an idea.

Also, why do these elephants need their own armour? We already have enough armour tiers. Oh yeah, also explain how this harness is crafted thanks.
16w36b stands for 2016 Weekly Snapshot. the 16 is the year, the "w" is what stands for weekly, the two digit number is the amount of snapshots there have been during the year and the b (usually an a.) is the version of the snapshot (for example 16w26a would've had numerous additions/changes and 16w26b would be mostly bug fixes that were in that particular snapshot.)

The one thing I'm concerned about is the fact that the lions have genders and Minecraft's mobs were intended to not have a gender attached to them.
