Can you join factions?

will this work on 1.6.4

How to fix this: when is night sky is still white and is nowhere dark.
Please Help!

I have installed Flan Mod all guns work and tanks and plane work,but when i crash into the block with plane minecraft crash.What i need to do?
And this then show.
