I added a special little feature tonight. The following groups ONLY: Security, HrSecurity, HeadSecurity, Chat-Mods now have the option to go off-duty. KEEP IN MIND that if you choose to do this, and suffix in your message-format will be removed automatically. SO that means, you may have to go without a suffix. Also any guard found to be using a kit item while off will be demoted and banned automatically.

Ok. This is for every person on the server. Give the new staff some time to get used to what rules they need to follow and such. As for reporting this, thank you as it gives us ways to direct new staff to learn the job they are there for. As for the WAY you have went about this, I feel that you are being very insulting toward these new staff members and it does make it look like you have a vendetta toward them because they got the staff positions over you. So please, in the future contact admin staff directly about this. We will handle things accordingly.
To those who did not get staff at this time. You can always reapply later as we will be having to fill more positions as soon as the survival server comes online. Until then be patient, be respectful towards other players and staff, and above all else enjoy your time on lockdown prison as well as our other servers! In the words of MsV, <3 your faces!

xxevilkylexx we are doing the best we can. However comments like this are not neccicery at the moment as we have asked that once people are allowed on the server to post an in game ticket using /pe create [message]. Anything posted on the forums currently isn't going to help anyone, it is just going to show you are not listening to the admins. So please once again, don't post anything that you have lost on the forum, wait until you are in game and put in a petition and we will take care of everyone the best we can.

MsVerita does make the final ruling on everything, BUT the admins pitch her ideas, suggestions and what we feel should be done. We indirectly take suggestions from players and expound upon that, finding plugins and implementing ideas before pitching them to MsVerita. All of the admins take complaints very seriously. We also take all the ideas we see, and find ways we can either implement or modify so it will work for the server if it is for the best. However not ALL ideas work for the server. I know I personally am continually looking for things to better the server out of game, such as plugins, researching other servers and what works for them and whatnot while I am not online helping players or building new areas. Each admin brings something to the table and as such, we are all part of the entity that is the Admin of Lockdown Prison. We act as individuals but we work to one goal and try to make that singular vision the best we can. This vision is always changing and working to better itself. Without the players we couldn't have a server. Without the staff to enforce the rules the server would be chaos. Without the admins to maintain, expand, and police staff the staff would go power hungry and chase away the players. Without MsV there to direct the vision the admins would also go power hungry and fall apart. Each of us play a roll on the server no matter if you are a E rank player or the server owner.

I would like to note that every time we have someone post "anonymously" it lowers the credibility of what you are saying by a great deal, since you are not willing to back your own words with your personal reputations. That being said, in a public forum if you wish to not be known, don't post it publicly. Contact MsVerita directly with the complaint. By posting publicly you are making yourself a public figure and the thoughts you express are therefor public and no longer private. Consider this when you or anyone posts something with a brand new account with no known association to any player on our server.

FearDirtyDan, I know you are upset about this but there are a few words that are instant mute offenses because they are in and of themselves in society derogatory. Instead of using these words that could mean different things for different situations, why not try and find a more fitting word for what you are wanting to say. A word in one variant in a language can mean something else in another so we are trying to avoid using terms that can be viewed as derogatory period. You are not the first person to be upset by this rule and most likely won't be the last. As MsV has said... (more after quote of MsVerita)
Even the staff on the server has to follow the rules that are in place. So please be civil with them and don't treat them like they are out to get you when they are just doing as they are told.
Now if you would like to petition to have other words that you personally feel are more derogatory then the words we do not allow by all means write a book in game and drop it in the appropriate hoppers at spawn in game. We consider all suggestions that are written out and explained without anger and have logical backing. Again I apologize for the inconvenience the rules may cause you and all players but they are in place to help keep the server a better place to be.

Be lucky they even put the ranks in yet, or said they were adding them. They could have not told anyone anything and on the random chance a ranked up they would suddenly see themselves having a new rank. .-. They are play-testing things as they build so it will take time. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was any part of the server. Patience. That is all that can be said.

Questions:
1.) Did you log out while in the jail(When they have repeatedly warned people not to while in it)?
2.) Do you log in long enough to see if there is anyone online to let you out, and when nobody is there just log back out?
3.) Have to stayed online for a full 5 minutes worth of time continuous while still in jail?
I ask these questions because to my understanding the plugin for this is really picky, and when you log out in jail it bugs. Alternatively the timer could be resetting every time you log out, requiring a full 5 minutes online to finally set you free. I don't know about the admins, but if I was in there situation these are the questions I would ask you before intervening. Since jail is suppose to be a punishment and logging out to pass the time doesn't seem fair, requiring a full 5 minutes of continuous online time in jail to be let out seems reasonable.
But this is just a regular player trying to help out.
