From the lore in the book, I assume that some sort of content for The End is at least planned. Although from the main post so far I assume there is nothing related to this in game yet. Pretty much I ask this in concern for computability. You see I plan to use this in a let's play with many other mods, including Hardcore Ender, and that mention made me a bit worried of possible issues there. So does anyone know of any possible features that may conflict with other mods? Or if there is any content or plans for content in The End? My last question is config related. Currently, it seems there is only the altar generation chance and ids, plus the in game graphical settings. While I have yet to find any magicks that seems unbalance, do you think it would be possible to config the power of certain things or the mana restoration rate? I bet some people would even love to turn off mana to play it like in magicka =p Also, do you think there could be a "quick start" kind of option to allow players to start with the book? And maybe even another option to start with book and basic staff (since it seems the staff is required for all spells). Because personally I find that you unlock the magicks far quicker than you can make the book; the staff is far easier to craft with only sticks being needed in addition to the dust.
Firstly, about the "quick start" i believe there are mods that will help you do that, or you can do it manually. I still want to keep the adventurous feeling in this mod, so everything you gain is from scratch
The contents that i'm planning to add to the end will not change it's gameplay, mobs, bosses, goal,....anything, the end will be like a bridge between the overworld and the Minegicka dimension.
And there's no way to change mana restoration rate, except from wielding different staves
