Included in 11.0.0:
Nether Island and Lapis Island are now a single island and constitute it's own borough, now called The Nether.
A new borough now exists, named Kings, which is based off of Queens.
The Nether is rebuilt, especially the area formerly known as Lapis Island. The previous buildings no longer exist save for the school.
The Fence Gate Bridge connecting the former Lapis Island and Ender Island has been destroyed to accommodate a new highway that connects The Nether, Minehattan, Ender Island, Notch City and Blocker via the Nether-Blockstone Bridge.
The Nether-Blockstone Bridge has been rebuilt, now based on the real life Bronx-Whitestone Bridge.
The JackFrost Bridge, which connects Uptown Minehattan to Notch City, has been rebuilt. It is now based on the George Washington Bridge.
A new bridge now connects Blocker and Ender Island south of Minehattan, based on the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge.
A new bridge now connects Blocker and Kings, situated above the tunnel (that was previously a road to nowhere). This bridge is based on the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge.
A new bridge now connects Kings and the Mesa biome that is currently named as territory of the National Republic of Minecraft. This bridge is based on the RFK/Triborough Bridge.
A new highway has been constructed, stretching from the Nether-Blockstone Bridge in The Nether, crossing Minehattan, reaching Notch City, and eventually making it's way to Kings.
JFR International Airport in Blocker has been destroyed. In it's place is a new airport (which continues the JFR name, now officially lengthened to Jack F. Roberts International Airport, fictional of course) that is larger, more organized, and bears a striking resemblance to Terminal 4 at JFK in Queens. This airport has been moved from Blocker to Kings. New highways facilitate transportation.
A new central business district has been constructed in Blocker taking the place of the former airport. This effectively expands Downtown Blocker tremendously, making it much closer to modern Downtown Brooklyn.
McDonald's Center in Downtown Brooklyn is closed to enable a complete renovation to be more accessible and realistic.
A new central business district has been constructed in Kings, named Small Island City. This is based off of Long Island City in Queens.
The MYC Subway system has been closed to enable a complete reconstruction of the metro (two brand new stations can be explored in Blocker, tell me what you think!)
The railway station in Notch City has been replaced with a new transportation center.
The historical district of Crawford on the outer rim of Notch City has been made according to the history of Mine York; as such, here are highly simplistic structures reminiscent of the first few versions of Mine York.
The Rochelle Gabriel Subsidized Housing Complex have been constructed north of Mine York, a trio of identical modern apartment buildings.
The City of Blockstone is being constructed north of The Nether where the Six Craft Amusement Park once stood.
Six Craft Amusement Park has been moved to a location closer to Enderdelphia (not complete).
Highways have been demolished and moved in Blocker to allow for new buildings and neighborhoods.
Minehattan has been given a new hospital complex; the MineYork-Presbyterian Hospital, affiliated with Bergensten University and MYU (to be built; suggestions for locations are welcome! Bergensten will be based off of Columbia and MYU on NYU).
The highway circling Minehattan has been moved underground and continues to operate as a tunnel.
Numerous new skyscrapers have been constructed in Mine York and Enderdelphia, including a reconstructed World Trade Center.
Daily Square (Times Square) has been completely reconstructed to appear more modern and more like the real area. It is also connected to the rest of Midtown Minehattan more seamlessly due to Highway 1 being pushed underground.
This update is more incomplete than some others due to the vast number of additions: this will be completed in future updates (hopefully to be released more often rather than once a year!)
There are five different boroughs in the city - Minehattan (Manhattan), Blocker (Brooklyn), Ender Island (Staten Island), Kings (Queens), and The Nether (The Bronx). Minehattan is the wealthiest borough while Nether Island, sadly, is the poorest. All boroughs are connected through various bridges and the MYC Subway.
There are currently three other major cities established in the National Republic of Minecraft (NRM), in which MYC is a part of. They are Notch City (Jersey City; it can be seen from MYC), Minecago (Chicago) and Enderdelphia (Philadelphia). These are accessible from MYC with usage of the extensive highway system.
When a person first arrives in MYC, he/she will find themselves in JFR International Airport. The MYC Subway system is currently closed to enable a reconstruction project.

I wish I was here on a happier note, but unfortunately I am not. In my approximate one and a half years of map making, releasing multiple maps some popular, some not, and making many friends along the way in my journey to becoming the map maker I am today, I will be retiring from map making entirely, upon release of my last, and final map. I have realized that I am not near as excited about making maps anymore, and my maps aren't like they used to be. Many new map makers are coming out of the shadows, and are releasing maps, far greater than my own, at a much faster pace. I am also starting high school this September, and am beginning to learn to drive, and I am finding map making is taking up a large portion of my life, and I need as much time as I can if I am going to make it through and live a life I will be happy about, and map making is only holding me back. I will still be on the forums now and then, checking up on old friends, and seeing how they have improved, but you won't see any posts in the MCPE: Maps section by me. I hope you understand my reasoning, and I am sorry that I have to retire, but my time has passed and I need to move on to a new time in my life. I will still be making graphics, and you can keep in touch with me on Twitter, @Wild07010, or you can PM here on the forums. Thanks for helping me become the map maker I am today, and good luck in your future affairs.
Sincerely...
Wild07010

I have come here today to ask for your help. Me and a few other senior map makers have come together to make a map, a map that will be the greatest map in MCPE history, but we cannot do it alone. We need other senior map makers (ex. Furminator, Tengus, Sleepy_Complex, Ext.) to help us with this map. We are looking for only the best, if you do not consider yourself, advanced, please do not ask to be a part of this. We need only map makers that have had a lot of experience in map making. If you are an advanced map maker interested in being a part in this, please let me know. Reply to this topic, with your Twitter account name (If you do not have one, you will need one) a screenshot or two of your best map, and your Line Messenger ID (if you do not have one, you will need to make one).
Thank you!

For example, if it rains for 5 minutes and then stops, the water level will not increase. If it rains for 9 minutes, the water level will not increase. If it rains for 10 minutes (for a single rain shower), the water level will increase 1 block and 10 minutes after the storm completely stops, the water level will return back it it's original. (excluding waterfalls) If it rains for 15 minutes, the water level will only increase 1 block. If it rains for an hour (60 minutes) the water level will increase 6 blocks, and then 10 minutes after the storm ends, it will fall one block and every 10 minutes after that it will fall another one block, and so on so forth until it has decreased back to it's original (when the world was generated) and has fallen back 6 blocks. It should take 60 minutes (10 minutes per block, 60 minutes for all blocks) to have the water level back to it's original.
Does that clear everything up?

In memory of what was, but now isn't. The Nameless Village. This adventure is unlike any other you have experienced before. In others, you experience a joyride, a joyful adventure, but in this one you experience pain and misery unlike anything else that you have ever experienced before. In this one you will lose sanity, comprehension, and your humanity. In other words, you will find yourself in an endless nightmare. Lose sanity, humanity, and comprehension and you've found it, The Nameless Village. Many say when they see the light, they follow it down into a village full of animals and villagers happily doing their everyday lives. But in reality, it is the exact opposite. This is just what they want you to think. Once you see the true village, you see broken down buildings and homes, moss covered and cracked stone brick walkways, and nobody. Absolutely nobody. They make you think that paradise is only a few steps away, but this nightmare... this village that I speak of, is real. Lose sanity, humanity, and you will know... you will know the true meaning of the word petrified...
About
This map is an adventure map. But this one is unlike any other. Mind boggling puzzles, incredible redstone mechanics and alternatives that will blow your mind. This endless journey will make you have to think about how to get to the other side of this wall, how to open these doors, and much more! Your journey begins on a makeshift raft in the middle of a vast ocean with no waves, no fish, just endless ocean. You jump off the raft and find an uninhabited island. The only thing that's on the island is the village, and a few animals. All there is on this ocean is the nameless island, and a large rock island known as The Rock Pillar of Wisdom. What is this you ask? You will find out, I almost guarantee it. Your job is to figure out how you got here, what are you doing here, and how do you get home? That is all I can tell you, for the rest is for you to find out for yourself. If I were to tell you these things, it would take all of the fun away from the map!

Other Information
I encourage any comments, suggestions, problem reports or anything else you would like to discuss about this map! I would love for you to please comment on this map telling me what you thought of it. In my opinion this is my best map that I have made, now that I have learned the art of redstone alternatives, so if you could please give me any suggestions you have about this!

Welcome to the frayed ends of sanity. This adventure is unlike any other, for this one doesn't take you on a wonderful joyride, this one takes you on a nightmare that seems to last forever. Lose your saneness, your humanity, and you've found it, The Nameless Village. Some people say that before they die, a vision of this same village appears, filled with many people roaming carelessly around, freely living their lives. But this is just what they want you to think. If you were to see the man behind the mask, you would see a run down, broken old village, as though it seemed nobody had ever lived here, as if people wanted to make a village, and quit halfway through. They make you think that paradise is just a few steps away, but in reality, this... nightmare that I speak of, is all the more real than it sounds. Lose sanity, humanity, and you will learn the true meaning of the word, petrified.
About
This map is an adventure map that twists the mind. Mind boggling clues, for what seems like an endless journey to insanity. You spawn on a makeshift raft made out of logs and wood in the middle of a vast ocean. Your job is to figure out, what happened to you, where am I, and how do I get home. There is the village, and as you can see from the picture below, the main island (The Nameless Island) and the large rock mountain on the right side of the map. This is the main key for your adventure for when you get to the part where you can enter the mountain, the climax of the story begins! That is where all of the answers to your questions will be revealed! This, is all I can tell you, for the rest is for you to discover!
