-NEW SWORD TYPE!!! Advanced Weaponry. Combine three of any tier of any non-hyper standard sword to make an advanced sword. Used to extend the duration of a sword.
-NEW SWORD TYPE!!! Prototype Weaponry. Combine three of any tier of non-hyper advanced swords to make prototype swords. Used to extend the duration of a sword.
-NEW SWORD TYPE!!! Hyper Advanced and Prototype Weaponry. Take any advanced or prototype non-hyper sword and place into a furnace to make a hyper variant of that sword. Used to increase strength damage of swords.
-NEW SWORD TYPE!!! Infinity Weaponry. Currently only available for the Hyper Prototype Diamond Sword. Allows weapons to have an infinite amount of uses. Could be considered the most powerful a sword can get.
-Stats on all tools and weapons perfected.
Developer's note. 1.2 is a huge update. This update allows more control over the upgrading of your weapons. Plans for the 1.3 are already made and it will be even more extensive than 1.2. Enjoy the 1.2 update scheduled to come out sometime this week!

In assets/minecraft/textures, your folders for item and block are named "items" and "blocks".

Feb 7, 2015Just, say for example, The REGULAR Diamond sword has +7 attack damage and 1561 durability. The hyper diamond sword has +29 Attack damage and 4000 duability. And, if you look underneath all of the tools, you will see their durability and their attack damage. I also fought withers with the diamond stuff at the end of the video. And, btw, the same goes for the Tools.Posted in: Minecraft Mods

It's possible that something was getting copied wrong or put into the wrong folder. Having it as a .zip file is just convenient and reduces a lot of room for human error.Quote from WeswePengu
Thank you! My friend is able to use it now. I wonder why it only works for me as a folder and no one else. I did make it from scratch but i don't think it matters who made it when it comes who it works for.

Everything should be in the root of the .zip since the .zip "wrapper" effectively takes the place of the folder. Likewise, remember that the .zip file goes directly into the \resourcepacks\ folder and not in a folder of its own.Quote from WeswePengu

For me, I am using the resource pack as a folder, not a .zip, and it is working perfectly fine.
For my friend, he did the same thing, used it as a folder, not a .zip. I will zip it and send it to my friend and see if works. When zipped, should the contents like (mcmeta, image, and assets) be in the zip, or should the folder containing those files be in the .zip?

For example, I downloaded the Custom NPC's mod and looked inside, and it contained copies of a few lang files with entries for all the mod items. If you copy all of the entries from that lang file over to yours, you should be able to edit the names of the mod items.
