How much experience do you have with FTB and the other plugins? I've modded since Beta 1.4. I did my own installations pretty much until feed the beast came out.

Once I work out donations, would you be willing to donate some to support the server? (Optional): Hopefully, but it depends on how much I like the server.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? Beta 1.3_1
Building type? (Miner, builder, or both): Both, but I'm a better miner. I build things that are efficient, not
Age (We don't discriminate based on age, only on maturity): 16
Time Zone (look it up if you don't know): EST, -6 GMT I think.
Have you ever been banned? If so, why? (honesty is key, we do background checks!): Only on hardcore deathban servers. I have not been banned for rule breaking.
Why do you want to join this server? (Aim for at least 3 sentences): Single player, while fun, can get very lonely. I've tried playing on a few PvP servers, but I think that the PvP and intense competition ruins it for me. Having to constantly hide and protect your stuff is very frustrating when you would rather build aesthetically pleasing structures.
What sets you apart from other applicants? I'm a freestyle unicyclist. Once I learned to unicycle, riding around on flat ground wasn't really enough for me. I've become decent and spins, riding backwards, and climbing up and down stairs. I once hopped the steps of the art museum in Philadelphia. I think that sets me apart from others, although I'm not sure if that's exactly what you were looking for.
What can you bring to the server? (Aim for at least 3 sentences): I can bring someone who is dedicated to making this server a more fun, enjoyable place. I will do my best to provide assistance for those who need it, whether it be materials, building assistance, or just someone to run around with. I want to be someone who adds to the greatness of this server, not subtracts from it.
Tell us a bit about yourself: I'm in highschool and I've got a busy schedule, but I always try to find time for a little Minecraft. My favorite part of Minecraft is automation and redstone. I'm very excited for the next update when automation will be one step closer to reality.
Any additional info? (optional): Any questions? (optional): What timezones are the players in and at what time(s) does the player count peak on the server?
But to try and help, is it really necessary that you use a laptop? If you can, a desktop would be much better for games. In my experience, laptops are slower and can heat up to uncomfortable temperatures anywhere from 15-30 minutes into playing. A desktop has much better cooling and more space to upgrade your parts if you ever feel the need.
For the record they can't actually get your sessionid as that would be very bad. They're actually tricking your client into a one-time authentication that they can use, allowing them to join a server as you once only. It's also fixed in the snapshots!

Otherwise, do what Minionsman said. Set op to consol-only, don't go on servers you suspect are doing this, relogging will fix the problem if you think a someone is impersonating you on a server.
Better than Wolves is only incompatible because it modifies so many base classes. If you spent the time combining the classes that BTW and any other mod share, then compatibility most likely won't be an issue. That's what the forge aims to do.
Anyway, I would hate to see the addition of any huge, game changing mod. Mods are out there so that people can make Minecraft what they want it to be. Just some tweaks and performance enhancements would be nice.
If you're going to run a shader mod and a high resolution texture pack, get a desktop. The laptop specs are good, but I guarantee that after five minutes of playing your laptop will be able to melt steel. With so little space, there is not that much room for cooling and Minecraft is very resource demanding.
I'm glad all of you read what he had to say. Every one of you suggested a Windows-only recorder while the OP states it must be for Mac.
I personally haven't tried any of the screen recorders in the app store, but why need to when we are provided with a free one! Open up QuickTime Player, then do File>New Screen Recording. Audio can be recorded from here too, provided you have a mic. I've used it and I its not that bad. Use Optifine and turn down your settings if you are having trouble. The only downside is that it records in full screen, so just make sure Minecraft is set to full screen.
In-game name: Wer_C Age: 16 Location: East Coast, USA (GMT -5) Dedicated time: During the week, I have time to play between 5-10PM EST. On the weekends I can be around any time. During the summer I can be around any time. Experince: I've moderated small servers off and on since I've been playing Multiplayer. I got some moderator experience from a server I played on early June last summer. The owner eventually got bored and shut it down, but not before I became familiar with the workings of a server and the bukkit commands. Most recently, I moderated on a server called Faction Nations. I was the only moderator for most of the time, and the admins gradual spent less time on the server. I dealt with problems ranging from basic hackers to helping those who were confused about plugins or another aspect of the server. It was great fun until it died off last February. Good luck with getting started, although many people don't like to join hamachi servers because they tend to run slowly.
Seems to be a thing in some worlds. You just have to keep exploring new chunks. I've had worlds where there were pigs for kilometers around, but not a single sheep, cow, or chicken. Just the random generation being itself.

Still, make a back-up of your .minecraft folder and then start from scratch. Best way to start is to know it happens with vanilla Minecraft.

He is really good at mob grinder tutorials, so that should help. Other people on YouTube to watch for tutorials like that are Etho and Docm.
