    Ah, I forgot to mention that this is in Minecraft 1.6.4, so updating the forge isn't an option.

    Like I said, it is only in cases where a Wall or Stair block has been, and its almost like it "Sticks around" as a ghost and tries to interact during the breaking or interaction of/with the chest... doors seem fine... Ok, REALLY ODD occurrence, if I place a crafting table where the wall was; where the "ghost" block is, and then break the crafting table, chests work again totally fine.

    Anyway, I hope this information is helpful, I've been trying to grasp the issue in my own head for awhile, and the below just confuses me further... ;~P

    Edit: the "Invalid Crafting Table" still works fine, and does not crash or throw up any problems when being used. Also, after being placed and broken, The server does not declare it an Invalid table if put in the same spot.

    Sorry if this has been reported already, but I have had the following issue a couple of times, with some other mod items, but this is with just a vanilla chest:

    Upon Using or breaking a interactive block(previously was a granite wall next to a bibliocraft chair), but in this case, was with a vanilla chest surrounded with black granite brick walls, the player breaking or activating the object is dropped from the server, and the server log spits out something similar to what is in the spoiler. (and I should note that sometimes simply occupying the same space as the affected block will cause the drop) It seems only the player is affected except in the case of the stool (for which I do not have crash report or screenshot), when I shot an arrow into the affected object the entire server crashed.

    The spoiler includes the server log as it kicked me, along with applicable screenshots, IMG1 and IMG2 show the situation in which the server did kick me with an error, IMG3 is where I attempted (in several ways) to recreate the problem, to no avail.

    Edit: also in the case with the red-granite and bibliocraft chair, it was far more difficult; the chair would not break, and we had to basically trick the server with world edit to remove the affected area. In THIS case however, after I returned the chest was in fact broken, as intended.

    **!! Edit2: after testing, it seems the error occurs when I place an object where a black granite wall has been... i.e. I place a black granite wall, break it, and place a chest in the same space. This does not occur with normal Black Granite Brick blocks, just the walls, and stairs it seems.

    Hello back again, just did a test game for the 1.7.4 version, and lived up to expectations... AND worked for all the testers, hopefully we will get the opportunity to record some of it for YouTube, and with some publicity {HOPEFULLY} we can do a public match deal either every once in a while, or weekly or something... we'll see how it goes... but my enthusiasm for the map has been renewed ;~) (as soon as I remembered to enable command blocks on the server ;~P)

    Anyway, thanks again for the awesome map, look forward to playing it with a group bigger than 3 ;~P ;~D

    Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that the dev's aren't doing their best, or that they don't have IRL to deal with... and I am certainly not saying that I want to see the mod suffer as the expense for a faster update... what I AM saying is that they could have kept their mouths shut...

    furthermore, I have a dev version, and it IS progressing, and seems to be working great, minus the sifter interface which is a known thing, I can see WHY they announced "soon" but they either need to have NOT said anything, or keep us posted... Something to the effect of "most things in place, we ran into a wall with 'such-and-such' so it might be quite a bit longer..." etc...

    in fact if they came out and said "update probably won't be for at least another month, check back then" their server would probably have a lot more participation, and it would free up us, the users, and lovers of the mod, to play around with other mod's as opposed to asking for ETA's ...

    just do this better ;~P

    That sounds like a PHENOMINAL idea... however please refrain from giving the dev-team new Ideas as they are currently taking forever to work through the 1.6.4 update that they announce was coming "soon" a couple months ago... ;~P

    I do think it would be a great Idea though, goes along with the academies, and other "old-world" gen ;~)

    Yes, I understand daleks in (alternate) reality would actually "EXTERMINATE" everything that is inferior to them, but in any kind of long-term survival game not based SOLELY around Doctor who, it is bad enough having to make sure there are no creepers, special weapons, or suicide Daleks creeping up on you behind your house, or machine-room or what-have-you... but to ensure that no chickens, cows, bats, sheep, zombies, skeletons (not creepers though for some odd reason... etc... goes a bit beyond difficult and more into the realm of annoying.

    not to mention, you can't take a stroll through the forest without hearing explosions or seeing fire every other minute... when It was just the Dalek V Cyberman feude, it was logical and reasonable, AND they would generally meet at a mid-point between the mobs as opposed to the unsuspecting peaceful mob that will stay put.


    Still no response whatsoever...

    This is a deal-breaker...

    not to mention your mod doesn't play nice with other's and crashes single-player worlds whenever your mobs try to spawn... But I have found a workaround for that and know that as a mod-developer you can't foresee all incompatibilities...

    you CAN however recognize a stupid decision before it is implemented... if it were CONFIGURABLE... I would have no problem... like the 16 block destruction radius of the suicide Dalek... a bit too high in my opinion... but is as simple to fix as going into the config and changing a simple value.
