What kind of pixelated world that has giant spiders, has no way of creating small pistons, exploding green things, natives that looks like squidward, and reanimated skeletal parts of humans, has guns?

Make room outside of their house, make sure it is connected to their front door. Fill that room with water. Put a pressure plate (maybe near their bed or something?) that connects to a piston that pulls their front door down. And flood their house down.

I can create an Avatar and Thumbnail for you. If you don't mind Paint.NET..... So tell me what you want me to draw...

Uh, HELLO? That wire is 10 blocks long, so it shouldn't have ran out.
Try to power a block behind/under the piston and see if that solves anything.
