I love grinding minecraft and putting work into a community. I like to be an active member in minecraft server communities. I also want to build my dream base which I have never gotten to finish because all the servers I join loose activity or shut down before I do. Also I was on the last version of Wildcrack idk if you remember me
Why do you want to join?
I have been in and out of servers for a while and I want one to unload my freetime onto
14 but have been accepted to many servers under the age minimum

Tell us a little bit about yourself:
I love vanilla Minecraft, vanilla is as kick-ass as you can get. There are mods, Bukkit, and all them doo-wizzies but Vanilla is how Minecraft was meant to be played. Well, of course playing with some guns in MC can be pretty fun, but that won't last as long as Vanilla survival. It's so simple to the point that it is better.
How active will you be on our servers?:
I am having somewhat of an empty spot in gaming. I used to put a ton of time into SMP servers. I recently have been playing Counter Strike a lot but my internet became not good enough for competitive play. I want something to put at least around 2.5 hours a day. (I am going out of town for around 3 weeks in a few days so I may not be able to play until I get back)
Why would you like to join AstoriaCraft?:
I might want to record some gameplay and do updates and stuff on my channel. Nothing super serious but I was hoping to start up a channel with a few games as a hobby and something to do.
I like small communities. I can't live with so many people running about and strangers everywhere. On a public server, say 3k to even 200 people, it is hard to correspond playing with people you know. On a considerably sized server like that, you would have a very little chance of running into somebody you know or have even heard of. Where as on a small, private server, you know everybody and you build bonds with them. You get to meet new people and progress together. I have been on a server like this one and it is very fun. If I'm not on a server like this, I am probably a strong part of a small public server.
My goal is to make a mega sorting system and a decent sized base. I want to make little checkpoints around my base to deposit items and they will travel to my sorting system and be sorted. Of course I have other goals like automatic farms and community builds but that is my main goal.
What is your favorite thing to do in MineCraft?:
I like developing my base and hoarding materials. I like to have a nice looking functional base and get as many valuables as I can even if I don't need them.
How else can we contact you?:
The best way would probably be replying to this or messaging me on the forums but here are some alternate options.
Skype: zach,naylor2

Anything else you'd like to add?:
I am a huge car fanatic
Some of my previous server builds. (most of them I had only been playing around 2 months and they shut down)
What do you mean though? It is advertised as vanilla and when I joined as grey list there are ranks and you can vote for the server for in-game rewards. I dont know how the **** that isn't vanilla

Not to my knowledge. I was banned once from a friends server cause he was being an ass but I seriously doubt that is still up.

Age:
I am currently 13 but I am less than a month away from turning 14 on January 17th. I hope I can be a small exception and prove my worth via my application.
How much time are you able to play on the server:
I will most likely spend at least a few hours on a day. It depends on if I have school or am out of town.
How long have you been playing:
I cannot remember exactly when, but I got the game a week or so before the 1.3, which was around late April of 2012.
What are your area of expertise:
I don't feel I am great at anything in particular, but rather am OK at most everything. I like to build but implement redstone for functionality in them. I have been wanting to make a fairly large base and have a large auto sorting system underground. The goal was to have little stations all over the build like a toilet, well, 'trashcan', or something of the sort where I can drop off items and they will automatically get transported via water streams to the system. I have never gotten to accomplish this because I have not found a very good server to dedicate that much time into.
Have you ever been banned:
I think a while back on some really REALLY small server that I didn't even play on. The owner banned me cause I banned him from my server due to him griefing so he was just butthurt and I am pretty sure the server shut down like 2 days later. Other then that I am pretty sure there is not another. I have never really done anything ban worthy.
Do you like potatoes:
Absolutely, but I do take a strong liking to apples
Extra comments:
My computer can run pretty much anything at high 60 fps so I won't complain about lag.
Do you go by a nickname?
No, not really. Unless people want to call me Wat it just might be confusing because people sometimes use 'wat' in place of 'what'.
How old are you?
I am 13 but hope to prove my maturity via the quality of my application.
Add me on Skype! (Gohrilla CarbonCraft)
Where are you(to get an idea of your timezone)?
I live on the east coast of the US (EST)
Are you more of a redstoner or a builder or both?
I would say I am average if not above average at both. It also depends on who I am being compared to.
Why do you think you would be a perfect member of the CarbonCraft Server?
My goal is to make a mega sorting system and a decent sized base. I want to make little checkpoints around my base to deposit items and they will travel to my sorting system and be sorted. Of course I have other goals like automatic farms and community builds but that is my main goal.
I would not call myself a very physically social person. I know that sounds weird but let me explain. I am not very confident when I am not communicating through text (this is also one of the main reasons I don't like to use Skype and such.) I don't make friends very fast because I am not very confident talking to people when I first meet them. Once I get to know and become friends with them I become more comfortable and I become myself. This is what I hope to accomplish with a gaming community.

I have run my own little SMP server around a year and a half ago. It was a small little server and we had our fun, nothing serious. One day a jerk on the server decided to ruin the fun for all of us. I wasn't very advanced in the server files and hadn't set up a backup. I know what it feels like to have the joy of a nice survival server taken and I couldn't imagine doing that.
I also might want to record some gameplay and do updates and stuff on my channel. Nothing super serious but I was hoping to start up a channel with a few games as a hobby and something to do.
Have you ever been banned(i rarely take this seriously because I experienced horrible admins)?
No, and I have never done anything ban worthy necessarily
Lastly What questions do you have before you are white-listed?
My main problem with survival servers is they are not legit a lot of the time. I thought I had found a perfect server until one day I joined and people were AFKing and travelling in spectator mode. They also had the daylight cycle turned off because it was 'easier'. That is complete terrible. It defeats the point of the game and takes away the challenge.
