    Seems to me
    1. Eloraam has a special conection to the moderators here, a lot of other mods are locked until they release a new version since 1.2.5 with soooo many spams inside.
    2.Every day there are speculations "it comes in a week, at ,halloween, at this date, at end of year, but no one of this dates are from Elo hereself only from speculations.
    so take at it is, Read here last post on twitter, she is making paper with a lot of fun, so we can take a lot of paper some day from here, but nothing more

    MC 1.4.5, Forge 396, Optifine HD_U_D3, Shelfs-Mod

    Put Shelfs, fill its inventory with items, all ok.
    Quit+save game
    Reload game: All shelfs are rendered empty, right click Shelf all items are still in Shelf-inventory, close gui now the items are rendered normal.But next close/open game they are away in world-render.

    As you can see on her twitter, she is making a lot of paper (with a lot of fun). She need all this paper to write the changelog for all the changes and new things first before she can release the new version :)

    Since the newest update (NEI 1.4.2.7) the "in world tooltips" flickering around over Rais Minimap, solution can be NEI-Options-in world tooltips : Hidden/top left/top-right/botom-left/botom-right or other solution.

    The time spent on the task will help the time pass quicker and the money donated to the mod will help keep Eloraam wanting to continue providing us with such an amazing mod.

    Now, who needs me to wash their car for $10? =)

    PowerCraft Core and Logic is for 1.4.2 since 2 Days.

    I would like it if ELO too make her updates by modules (1st core of course then wires, then logic (all other depends on this) and then the other modules. i dont need all at once.
    I use wires and logic (and i'm shure i'm not the only one doing so) for a lot of things like for light, RailCraft/Stevs'Cart, ChickenBones Wireless, ComputerCraft, etc.
    I can still wait for frames, machines and computer.
    But as it is now, it's a litle frustrating to see that none of her modules are ready to be used for new versions of minecraft.
    For me her works is last months like JEB's on MineCraft himself, anounce of lot of things, but then make new mobs, new things (with a lot of bugs) but not make the realy needet functions, like a awesome mod-api (JEB) or the core RP functions wires and logic (ELO).

    @ELO don't understand me false, i realy love all your works on RP and all your work you have done on MineCraft at all and of course you have a live outside MineCraft !

    Bad to see that MC 1.5 is out before we can use RP for 1.3 or 1.4

    But all at once, it's a game and not more :)

    Because as stated in the OP the files must be .jar and not .zip in the coremods folder ! If your Browser downladet it as .zip just rename it to .jar.

    It would be great if here in the OP where librarys with pre-made png's for Xtrablocks and slopes for dummies like me.

    Automatic routing system like in OTTD was a sucestion in CovertJaguar's RailCraft-Forum some months ago.CovertJaguar means he will look what hi can do, and since then you can find in his Forum under planned futures: "Automatic routing system". :)
