    VexilumCraft is a texture pack I made for myself. I love the default textures, but there's always been a few things that I didn't really like about it. I simply changed those things. If you don't like it, doesn't matter! Like I said, I made it for myself, not you. Chump.

    My goal for this series is to promote survival in Minecraft while also adding in adventure.

    Ultimate Survival: Archipelago

    Player Amount: Any
    Play on Difficulty: Hard
    Map difficulty: Insane

    This map focuses around 8 main islands, each with their own unique styles and adventures, and many minor, outlying islands.

    You start off on a small island that has a decent amount of resources but there are many islands around you taunting you with their resources.

    Some of the adventures in this map include raiding ancient tombs and exploring charred temples, but you have to find them first.

    You start off with a single map that has a limited view of the surrounding area, but it is up to you to finish exploring the area.

    *Challenges*
    ---------------------------
    Post all of your completed challenges in the comments
    -Travel to all of the 8 main islands
    -Collect 15 diamonds
    -Create a city with a port
    -Create buildings on every island
    -Discover and complete the 3 main adventures
    -Collect 80 reeds (sugarcane)
    -Discover the buried treasure (X marks the spot)
    -Complete your map
    -Explore every cave
    -Acquire a full set of diamond armor
    -Acquire all diamond tools
    -Enter the Nether
    -Build a boat
    -Seal up the volcano
    -Collect every diamond hidden in the big tree
    -Create a wheat farm
    -Make the castle safe
    -Don't die once
    -Connect every island via bridge

    Starting island, it is recommended that you move your home elsewhere.



    The closest islands that you should head off to first.



    The entrance to the tomb, looks can be deceiving, this place is gigantic!


    The Northernmost Island.


    There are many more islands, but I'll leave it up to you to discover and explore them!

    Player Amount: Any
    Play on Difficulty: Normal-Hard(recommended)
    Climate: Mostly Tropical

    Map Difficulty: Average

    Recommended mods: Dr. Zharks Mo' Creatures - The sharks that it adds will greatly increase the intensity of sailing around on your boat.

    This map has you starting off in the ocean with many islands surrounding you. The islands in the center of the map tend to have a lot less resources but you will not be lacking any wood.

    The southwest area of the map is were you want to head for great adventure. It begins to get very mountainous and many spectacular cave systems await in the mountains, you just have to dig and find them.

    Dense, foreboding landscapes await in the south. Those are the lands that contain the most resources.

    This map was made by me in World Painter, so there may be random bits of cobblestone on top of mountains.

    *Challenges*

    Post all of your completed challenges in the comments
    -Find an island suitable for your first house
    -Deforest an entire island
    -Find a strange pyramid
    -Figure out North, south, east, and west
    -Find the Southern shoreline (very mountainous, you'll know it when you see it)
    -Connect 5 or more islands via bridge
    -Find 5 diamonds
    -Discover the massive volcanic cave
    -Don't die
    -Build a boat
    -Make a map and fill it all in
    -Discover and conquer 5 caves(the big ones, small caves don't count)
