I saw that earlier today, and will do my best to get an update out for 1.6 ASAP, but I still have a lot to do, like updating Unicorns to work and look like the new horses, and implementing a proper way to get ahold of unicows.

I will probably go with the tendon idea for bone bows. It's about the right rarity, it makes sense, and it'd be easy enough to implement. As for the netherrite tools handles, I'll either do regular bones or some kind of modified bone. I'll also buff the tools a bit to make them worth making. They'll still have the power of iron, just faster harvesting and maybe more durability.

I have an idea about how I'd do the accessory slot. I've wanted to add some sort of separate inventory for items that are useful to keep on you, but fill up too much inventory space to be convenient. It'd be accessible from a new tab that would appear in the inventory screen, and it'd probably have 2 or 3 ring slots, a necklace slot, an amulet slot, maybe even a spellbook slot. It probably wouldn't be too hard to do.

Don't worry about long posts, I'm happy to read them.
The trouble with using unicorn hair for the bone bows is that I plan to make unicorns a lot harder to come by. Imagine the rarity of Vanilla horses * 5. To counter this, I'm adding Unicows. They'll be more common than unicorns, but will only drop the horns, not the hair. I suppose I could add some crop akin to flax so you'd have to grow the bone bowstrings, or even tendons taken from some sort of meat. I've also already fixed the bug with bone bow rendering.

Netherrite is something I've always been a little concerned about. I feel like it should be partway between Iron and Diamond, and like you said, sticks seem to common while blaze rods seem to rare to be used as handles for the tools. I did consider bones as the handles, but decided on blaze rods because they're both found in the nether. Bones might work now though, as wither skeletons have been added.

Canned Unicorn meat IS obtainable, as a very rare (think wither skeleton head rarity) drop from Unicorns and soon to be Unicows. Phoenixes do not spawn naturally, you must either buy one from a villager (3 - 5 emeralds), or find one in a dungeon if you're extremely lucky. The Ring of Air simply provides unlimited oxygen when on your hotbar, so you can breathe forever. I am considering making this consume mana slowly. As for the accessory slot, this is something I have been thinking of doing for quite a while, and it wouldn't be too hard to implement, but I'm worried about how it'd conflict with other mods that change the inventory, like The Aether, Ars Magicka, or even Tinker's Construct.

    Thank you!

Infernite is actually quite rare; about twice as rare as diamond, maybe rarer. I've been torn up about changing the rarity, as sometimes you can explore for a bit and find tons of the stuff, but other times it's very difficult to find, even after searching for hours. I might still change it, but one tip for finding it is searching nether fortresses. As for the texture blending in, It's funny you should mention that, as before I changed the texture for the nether ores to look like Nether Quartz, Onyx ore was almost impossible to see. I might brighten the texture up a bit, maybe make it look a little more shiny to help it stand out a little more. Your monitor / vision might also be causing you to see things differently.

Bone Bows: I actually wanted to use some sort of different string for it, but I'm not sure what I could use instead. I agree that it's a bit too easy to make, and there's a huge step between bone and blaze, whilst there's a tiny step between wooden and bone. If you have any suggestions for some sort of string to use in the recipe I'd be glad to hear it.

And now, Ender Pearls. If you use Equivalent Exchange, you can combine 4 Iron Ingots using a minium / philosopher's stone to get one Ender Pearl. If you don't use EE3, you could also get yourself a Ring of the Void. When you have it in your hotbar, it blocks endermen and players from teleporting when they're within 5 blocks of you. That, however, does require you already have a fair few ender pearls. I might add some sort of recipe for them, but I'm not sure what it would be.
Thanks for all your feedback so far.

Ok another question: Just managed to craft a ring of hoarding, but I'm not exactly sure what it does. Does attract dropped items at a greater distance? I did some testing on creative mode, that was my best guess. Also what do each of the boots do? Frost lets you walk on water (by freezing it), fire lets you fly with mana, and phoenix lets you glide. What about the other ones?

The Ring of Hoarding collects items and XP from further away than usual.
The Boots of Frost freeze water, Fire uses mana to fly, wind increases your jump height, energy increases your speed, and the boots of the Phoenix both increase your speed and your jump height, as well as allowing you to glide and negate fall damage.

If I made a showcase, would you feature it in the main post?

Sure, but make sure you do your research and know what you're gonna do beforehand.. I've seen reviews in which they're checking the wiki every 5 seconds and still getting things wrong.

Quick question. What's better netherrite or Infernite?

Infernite is better. When made into tools and armour, they're stronger than diamond, while Netherrite tools and armour are about as strong as iron, with slightly higher enchantability. Infernite is also much rarer and used in more high end equipment.

You're quite welcome to do a playthrough if you'd like. It'll be good to see how people progress and in what order they do things. I also want to make sure that I've got everything balanced well, so if you find a recipe that you think is too cheap or too expensive, or anything else unbalanced, let me know.

I have a little suggestion about the Phoenix, first will the modeling of it change? Because it's hard to think that is a Phoenix, so maybe with fire particles and mane it should be bigger, and less fat... ^_^
And also I would love a spell call Phoenix summoning, just like you start a fire then use the spell, a phoenix will fly out of the fire and set near mobs on fire, then you can ride giant phoenix around he world like a boss! ^_^
Oh yes, and about the bunch of machines that is needed in thus mod, can they have a bit more use? Like the mixer, for now its only job is to make mojo... Or are there more features planed for them?
I hope you like the ideas^_^

The phoenix is getting a new model soon, yes. The phoenix model was actually the first thing I made for this mod, long before I started the actual code, probably back in 1.2.5 sometime.
I've already added a new mixer recipe, to be included in the next update. I'll also be releasing an API with the next update so other modders can add mixer recipes if they want.

I may switch over to jar eventually, but they're really just zips, so your browser might also unzip them too. I've heard of people having issues downloading them.

Why does everyone use NEI? because its so easy to cheat in items without being in creative mode? CraftGuide has a much better UI for recipe discovery imo...

I just prefer NEI. If it's such a hassle, I could try to add CraftGuide integration.

Yeah, I make use of one of the features added in the forge update to 1.5.2, and the obfuscation might have also changed between 1.5.1 and 1.5.2. Most of your mods should update to 1.5.2 soon anyway,

Did you check the shapeless recipes? The blank runestones are crafted with a hardened clay chunk + chisel + hammer, which is a shapeless recipe, and is not displayed in the same list as the shaped recipes.
As for a better way to obtain spells, I do indeed have something very cool planned for the next update. It involves lasers!
