I started playing around 2009 - 2010 and have been playing the game on and off ever since. I do enjoy playing other games on occasion but I have been playing Minecraft for so long that I can't give it up haha. The only time I am not playing the game is when my school studies demand more attention. Exams often keep me off the game for a few weeks too.
*Have you ever been banned or temp banned on any server? (Bans will be checked, so be honest) -
Yes, I have been temp-banned once on Hypixel because a moderator and I had a bit of an argument (I do not suffer fools).
Other than that I believe any other bans that appear are intentional (Tests, jokes etc.)

*What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? -
I have a lot of experience working with servers, ever since I was 15 I have been administrating, moderating, developing etc. with various servers.
I spent around 2 years on a Pixelmon server moderating in close contact with the owner until Microsoft's purchase of Minecraft scared him off. I have spend many months helping various servers with promotional advice, and doing a bit of building here and there. I haven't yet found a server community that is quite right so I tend to float around, moving from one community to another. I can spend hours talking about my various experiences with staff positions but I would be more comfortable chatting about it on skype haha. PM me if you have any more questions about experience.
Where are you most active on the server? -
I haven't yet been active on the server but I will most likely be active in Factions and Minigames, I'm not very fond of prisons. However I am always open to change and if the situation demands that I play Prisons I will happily oblige.
*How many hours can you contribute per day? -
This will vary depending upon the day in questions, however I believe I can spend at least 3 - 5 hours a day in general.
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than they? -
Patience, and an open mind, I have met many people younger than myself that are highly intelligent and have plenty to say. So simply being patient and taking the time to listen to what they have to say will help immensely. One must treat others with respect if they wish to receive it themselves.

ForceOP and made himself and owner rank. What do you do then?
If I have the PEX permissions I would simply move them back into the default rank. If I do not I would alert my superiors to the problem and then explain to them that installing plugins that don't seem entirely trustworthy is a bad Idea. However if the owner is not available I would try to engage the player in conversation and keep them occupied until someone is available. If all else fails I would simply watch what commands they use and try to reverse them as quickly as possible.
*Are you able to record? -
I am able to record however my internet Is not fast enough to upload a large video file within a week (Hyperbole). So yes, I am able, but not however I would be willing to record if necessary and then try to upload the video as quickly as possible.
If prompted, could you complete an interview via Skype call?
I could and would, as long as the interviewer has the patience to sit through my ramblings haha.

I have read through optifine's decription but have not found what I am looking for, I am also attempting to use new shaders packs but also have had no breakthroughs.

Yes indeed that may seem rather odd, however the creation of the account was undergone months prior when I started to use the Curse Launcher for FTB modpacks. I used it today for my application as it was already signed in when I found this thread and it appears when I was prompted to chose a new username that the creation date changed. I would urge you not to make any rash assumptions in the future as they lead merely to misunderstanding and misinterpreting an individuals initial intentions.

My time day to day differs depending on my school work load. I intend to keep school as a priority as education leads to more opportunities in the future. The average amount of time I have free daily varies from 2 - 6 hours. I can also mock up a regular schedule if needed as school work is generally predictable.
Explain us your creativity and the process of your work:
My favorite aspect of writing is the process, I like knowing how to incorporate stories into a time-line and have everything work smoothly. My working process is fairly simple; I get to know the material I am writing about to avoid making mistakes in regards to the topic. I then work out a basic plot from start to end and then I will essentially re-write the story filling in detail, imagery, and realism. When this is done I will proofread my works and fix any aspect of the story I do not find pleasing, then correct any grammatical errors, add in some descriptive diction and conclude by having other individuals review my work to ensure that I have missed nothing (and maybe treat myself to a break).

In sooth, I have not written lore before. I am an experienced writer as I find writing to be of great enjoyment. My works although not verified are generally high in quality as I am my best critic. Anything I write that is not up to scratch often results in a re-do as I do not like leaving mediocre work out for public viewing. I am to some level of the word a perfectionist and thus may take a little longer than other members to produce a work of lore. No, I did not install that mod.
Optifine recently joint with the shader-mod creator to allow for optifine to run shaders!
I am currently using an ATI Radeon HD 4700. I don't see how my graphics card couldn't load
shaders seeing as I have used them before.

I have recently been trying to use shaders again, and have come across the o' so common ACCESS_VIOLATION!
I have searched dozens of threads but could not find a fix (My graphics drivers don't seem to be common) and so I
have decided to post a thread of my own.

This issue occurs when I load shaders in-game through Optifine. I have tried shaders of all kinds and none work for me,
so this is obviously the problem. If my system can no longer handle shaders don't refrain from telling me, I can handle
the truth! (plus my PC is getting on 5 years old xD)
