The last response I received was 14 hours ago, informing me that the ticket had been elevated to someone who could handle fixing multiple instances being open.
I have to say, I'm extremely disappointed in the customer support I'm receiving.
I've had a ticket open for over 24 hours for a problem of my server having opened multiple instances of itself and no longer functioning correctly, and it's been over 12 hours since I last received a response from support.
If you guys are really overloaded, I apologize again, but 24 hours of unplayability is not something I'm happy with.
