My server (TroopCraft) is going through a lot of changes, and we are in need of a few custom plugins. For instance, we are converting several things from Skript over to Java to save memory and make things more efficient, as well as a custom made factions plugin with our own twist.
I'm looking for 2-3 more developers. I already have one on the server, so you would not be working alone by any means. I intend to divide the work and make things as easy as possible for everybody.

I am aware that developing plugins, fixing bugs and writing code is a lot of time consuming work. I understand that people cannot just make plugins overnight, and that it takes up a lot of their time. That being said, I realize the importance of rewarding developers for their efforts, and I appreciate all they do to keep the server fun and running. However, at the moment I am not able to pay a developer cash for his/her service. I wish this weren't the case; once my server takes off an receives more donations, I hope to change this. But nonetheless, the reward that I give anyone willing to write a plugin or two for my server will have to be discussed on a one to one basis. However, I still want to give you something because I don't believe in just not rewarding you for your work.

After endless guessing and predicting of Minecon locations for the past 2 years, here's what I think:
Since Minecon 2013 is going to be in Orlando, we can rule out the possibility that it will be held anywhere near Orlando or even in the US for that matter. From the past few Minecons, we can see that Mojang likes to move it to different places further apart from each other every year. (Going from Vegas to Paris and then to Orlando). These locations are usually situated near large Minecraft fan bases.
Because of Mojang's "pattern", I think there's a 80% chance that Minecon 2014 will NOT take place in North America. My guess is that it will be somewhere in Europe again, considering there are still several countries with people who play Minecraft there.
We can surly rule out South America, along with Africa. Asia would be unlikely, as there are not many places it could be besides Japan. Australia would be a good option, but most large fan bases are in other countries like the USA, Canada and some countries in Europe.
Now, although there is a small chance of this happening in 2014, Canada would be an ideal place to host Minecon. But keep in mind that Mojang wouldn't place two Minecons so close to each other, as it doesn't give other people the chance of attending one that's closer to home. So my guess would be, if Minecon were in Canada next year, the best place to have it would be Vancouver. It is near a large population of Minecraft players, it's a big city, and it is also far away from the previous Minecon.
It's pretty early to even be making guesses, but who knows? Somebody's gotta be right. Earlier this year, I predicted Orlando for one of my Minecon 2013 guesses. But if I had to guess 5 locations, I'd say Vancouver, London, Berlin, Rome, or Stockholm.

As you already know, TroopCraft is a server that revolves around a realistic economy system. We have complete written out policies that are easy to follow and give everybody a fair and exciting experience in our world.
One of the best parts is the fact that TroopCraft a democracy. Anybody can freely express their opinions and thoughts however they please, as long as it goes by the TroopCraft Consitution. Every player has rights and can vote, own land, sue, kill people, go to war, whatever you want!
