There was this little 'ol game called Minecraft that I used to adore several years ago. Maybe you've heard of it? I just got sick of all the new features like hunger and the horrid terrain generation. It just felt empty as servers began updating, and my friends moved on. I can't stand the game now. It isn't even fun in short bursts anymore. Well, the most recent versions anyway. The Alpha versions through Beta 1.7.3 are still fun to me for short amounts of time, but I only play them every few months, if that much. The simplicity of the old versions is something that I'll always miss.
If people don't want to see things handed to them and make the game harder, then they should, I don't know, nerf the caves? The day they add variety(as in big caves like these are still able to generate, but we can also get smaller caves). Nerfing bonemeal is just a dumb move when so many other things could be nerfed. *Sigh* I am not liking some decisions by Mojang. Like the sounds(C418 said they would be optional, but NOPE!), changing things for the sake of changing them is not good game planning.
