Even if I knew I wouldn't tell you. Mathioks made it clear that when people do stuff like edit values to get the rinnegan it makes it harder for him to understand what's going wrong in bug reports. The reason you cant even get rinnegan or tenseigan without cheating is because of bugs that they present that he intends to deal with whenever he patches up most major/common bugs in the mod. So just enjoy what the mod has to offer right now instead of trying to just edit a value and get it. I did that with my mangekyo sharingan once and it bugged out then ruined the experience, so I suggest you don't do the same.

Well, I intended to do that in a "sandbox" world, just to play around, but ok then :P

Okay, but what exact values did he change to get the rinnegan? Like, what did he do in the ChakraPlayer folder? I know he showed some NBT in the video but he didn't make it clear, at least for me

Nevermind, I just downloaded some of the modpack mods and made a world inside Minecraft, and I can easily use NBTExplorer on it. Thanks for trying to help though :v

    Why? Anybody holding your hands?

I just can't find the file containing the worlds in Technic Launcher

The Mac-native version is quite a bit older than the current Windows release. It should still work with worlds through 1.12 but there's a hard break starting with 1.13. My toolchain to work with the mac version went away for a few years so that was that.

You could try instead running the Windows version on your mac with mono (see: https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding-java-edition/minecraft-tools/1262665-nbtexplorer-nbt-editor-for-windows-and-mac?comment=266).

Another way to open files and folders (on Windows) is to simply drag the file or folder into the NBTExplorer window.

Ok. If my problem doesn't get solved, I will just try using the Windows version in a VM.

Then navigate to the directory where your launcher keep the saves.
I still don't understand your issue.

My issue is that I want to edit worlds in Technic Launcher, but I'm not able to do that.

Still, I'm not getting anywhere. It doesn't let me open the files I wish. I can't even help myself with online tutorials because all they show is the person editing their worlds in the "saves" file, like, it's all prepared. That would even be enough information for me, since my worlds in Minecraft are already showing up in the "saves" file that is already there when I open NBTExplorer, but that is not the case, since I want to edit worlds in Technic Launcher, not in Minecraft itself, and those worlds don't show up in the initial "saves" file.

Ok. Is there a tutorial showing me how to properly use NBTExplorer?

What I mean is that in the file named "saves" in NBTExplorer it does find the worlds inside Minecraft by itself, but it does not find the worlds inside Technic Launcher.

Hi, I am trying to use NBTExplorer in a technic launcher minecraft world, but it doesn't seem to find my worlds in technic launcher. Is there anything I can do to make NBTExplorer find my technic launcher worlds? (I'm using a Mac btw)
