Nov 2, 2013Hello! I will be going live in less then 10 minutes. All turtles are welcome so take your shell off at the door, grab yourself some turtle snacks and hang out with me tonight!Posted in: Live Streams
I do facecam but only sometimes. Depends on my mood, I guess. I stream mainly Minecraft but I also stream Skyrim.

(if 128m is not enough and you still get this error try 256m)
Dude, thank you. I'm not the person you were replying to but this worked for me.
Aug 8, 2013Found a glitch. I'm not sure if it has something to do with server settings or not but when I bottle a cow, release it in my base and come back the cow is gone. However if I breed 2 bottled cows and let the baby grow into an adult the new cow will remain (the vanilla cow). In case anyone else has that problem there's a solution.Posted in: Minecraft Mods

im not trying "advertise" my channel..... im just trying to tell u if u incounter my channel dont bother to view it... IM SERIOUS!
First of all, why even bother mentioning your channel if you don't want people to view it? No offense but I highly doubt that anyone in this thread would have randomly came across your channel. You're totally trying to plug your channel here. You even wrote "I'm trying to get noticed". Man up. You were caught advertising your channel in a thread that discourages self-promotion and you're making up excuses for yourself now.
Secondly, maybe you should think a little bit harder about your self promotion techniques. This thread will only bring negative attention to your channel and you don't really want negative attention this early on, do you?
Nov 24, 2012I don't know if I agree with a "who is the worst" list because there are so many incredibly bad channels out there... Most of them never made it big for good reason. Some of them are by far the worst of the worst (don't get me wrong, there's some good ones that are going un-noticed also). But let's be honest, this thread really boils down to the question "who is the most over-rated"? In which case, it's still a bit hard to ask that question because people love to hate what is popular. Justin Bieber, Twilight, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys and Lady Gaga are some good examples of that. It's no different on Youtube. Once something gets popular enough there's going to be a large crowd of people holding up torches refusing to like something a lot of people like. It becomes cool to hate those channels (Pewdiepie is my best example here followed by Yogscast in this thread alone).Posted in: Discussion
That being said I'm going to completely go against everything I just wrote because I've been waiting to say this for awhile. I cannot stand Syndicate. He's so boring and I never really understood what people see in him. The last time I looked at his channel he wasn't even posting the video game videos that made him famous. It was mostly vlogs and the sad part is he has a second channel for vlogs! If people wanted to subscribe to his vlogs they'd subscribe to his second channel. Come on, man! I barely liked him before he started doing that. I looked at his channel again and it looks like he hasn't done that for awhile but really that was the point where I realized I'm never going to like this guy.
Oct 14, 2012Hey guys, how's it going? I've recently expanded my gaming commentary (Let's Plays) to Minecraft and I figured that some of the members here would be interested.Posted in: Let's Plays
As I'm sure is true for any of the members posting on this forum, my ultimate goal is to grow my personal channel so if you like these videos make sure to like these videos and subscribe to my channel for more Minecraft videos and other games including Half Life 2, Black Mesa, scary games and more!
Enough of all that though, I'll shut up and give you what you came here to see.

Aug 8, 20121) The game was never designed for PVP and it never should be. When developers start trying to "balance" PVP in a game, it starts to take away from the rest of the game. The fun in Minecraft PVP though is getting a little creative. Find yourself a shelter, set up traps, get gear and weapons before the other person even has a chance. It can be great fun and quite challenging at times.Posted in: Discussion
2) Again, the game wasn't originally designed for having an advanced AI and for that reason, it's actually quite incredible how far the designers have come with the games AI. Monsters and villagers came way later. If you had started playing the game back when many of us had, you would probably learn to respect those simple additions to the game. Endermen, dragons, etc. Believe it or not, there used to still be a game before they were added to the game and Minecraft fans fully enjoyed the game still.
3) The End is an extremely new addition. However, your complaints about it seem a little unfair. The End is something you work toward. It's not something you just walk into and slay a dragon at the beginning of the game with anything less then diamond gear and if you really don't like it? There's really no need to ever go there. You can continue doing whatever you do in Minecraft.
And like a poster above me said, you get a TON of XP. And for a lot of survival players, XP is awesome. Diamond pickaxes with Fortune III, that is all I need to say.
4) And finally, you mention something else that the game was not originally designed for. You really need to learn to appreciate the games core, man. For the rest of us, the addition of biomes was a blessing.
Seriously, you're complaining about the transitions? It's a game made out of BLOCKS. How much prettier can you make a transition in a game made out of BLOCKS? Doing anymore to the transition would actually take away from the games simplistic feel (you know, since the game is made out of BLOCKS).
"The game is not complete" - The game has been complete for a very long time in my opinion. Did I mention this is an INDIE game? This is actually VERY complete considering it is an INDIE game.

Apr 25, 2012World of Warcraft obviously. It's still the most popular MMORPG out there to date though lately I've felt a little burnt out by the game as many others have been feeling as of late.Posted in: General Gaming
I really loved Rift and if it weren't for my commitments to WoW, I would have completely crossed over to this game. I realize this game for some reason always sparks up controversy whenever it's mentioned, but it's my personal taste and I loved the game. I absolutely loved the "rift invasion" mechanics.
I tried out Tera's open beta and I wasn't really impressed. The leveling was extremely boring, the graphics were kind of a let down though the areas seemed pretty and it didn't really seem to have much going for it. It seemed like the games only real selling point was the combat system and the combat system didn't seem that amazing. Basically all they're doing is unbinding mouse movement and replacing your mouse keys with ability keybinds and allowing you to aim before pressing your spell ability to make it feel more like a first person shooter in the land of action roleplay. But it didn't really seem that way to me. Also, they bragged about being able to play with a game controller - But the game felt really awkward with a game controller as I suspect any MMORPG would. But that's my personal opinion. I probably won't ever switch to Tera.
Perfect World. It's free to play for a reason. It's actually pretty good for a free to play game, but it's still free to play for a reason. No one would ever pay to play that game.
Dragon Nest. I actually enjoyed this game even though it's free to play. It made me think "Fable in MMO form". But I'm not big on PVP and PVP was a selling point in this game.
I've played a few other free to play MMO's here and there and I definitely plan on trying out Guild Wars 2 when it comes out but nothing else worth mentioning. I was sort of late to the MMO scene so you won't see Lord of the Rings or Runescape or anything like that on my list.
