I want to make a modpack similar to the current Mindcrack FTB but with much more, I don't know the ins and outs of such a creation or even all the mods they are currently using. Im looking to use this for my 33K sub channel and group... I will be willing to compensate anyone that can help make my dream a reality
You should not judge someones experience in online video production and distribution by the number of subscribers they have. A lot of people make HD quality original gaming content which simply does not get noticed due to the intense competition from the large established youtubers.
The art Prices seem a bit overboard, DeviantArt can get you anything you want cheaper. The animation, however seems really reasonable depending on how long it is
and when I say Large, I mean High subscriber count... hopefully there are some people
I have 24K+ Subscribers myself and I am hoping we can get some incredibly dedicated and strong youtubers to take each other far beyond that. I have worked hard to get the Minecraft Youtube formula and I'm looking for people to apply it with.
What I do:
Minecraft Tutorials
Seeds
Minigames
(eventually) Mods and Parodies
What I look to do:
Server Series
Group building projects
Minigame team
minigame building
parody videos
Even though it feels a bit late to grow in minecraft, I feel working on a strong group could at least slightly improve everyone's channels in the long run.
Requirements:
10K+ Subscribers (can be much less if you have parody, mod review, or extensive server experience)
Dedication - School/Work shouldn't be a problem to work around
That is about all I'm looking for
You do make good points, but even if we wanted to do something, we can't. One person can't really do or change anything by themselves. The other thing is that a lot of channel do solely Minecraft, which has become quite unpopular with the general populous. If I take a look at your channel (Verlisify I believe), you seem to do Pokemon a little more than Minecraft, which isn't as common to see as Minecraft channels.
I wish I could do mostly Minecraft. I jumped ship to Pokemon since Im a top-tier competitive player, but honestly Id wish Minecraft was the way to go
Maybe there could be a place where good small channels could be showcased. For people who put lots of work and make good content but still somehow don't get many views. As someone with very few subscribers, I don't have the power to make this happen. I'm sure you with 22k subs could get something going though. As it grows, it would help the people grow who would in turn help the showcase type thing grow. Then, once it's big, just remember to keep looking for and showcasing the quality small channels of various content. It would be nice for good channels to have somewhere to show their channel without feeling bad for shameful channel spamming in places that channels shouldn't be spammed.
That doesnt work, channel showcases are very inefficient for subs and mostly generate Dead subs

That statement is overdone imo

Wanted to see the community feelings of this since not many people voice out "god this sucks"
