legit? none
it might be because i tend to stay above lvl 16, and if i venture that deep it's mostly in narrow tunnels that are too small for slimes to spawn in...
It's threads like these that confirms the statement in my signature.
OT: Bug fixes are awesome, no matter the extra content added as a bonus. Even though the Nether in multiplayer and pistons (although the pistons were delayed until later updates) won't matter to me as I neither play multiplayer nor use redstone. Maps seem awesome, especially if they can show the layout (and the way out) of the cave I'm currently lost in.
why is sandstone in the list? it is a sexy beast of a block!
anyway, in the original texture pack i have to say gravel and then cobble. just... bleh... im honestly glad i changed to painterly since i now can use cobble without my eyes bleeding.
the ability to make ropes that can hang from the ceiling (sp?) and that can be climbed would be AWESOME.
oh and fishies, i want to do like i did in animal crossing; decorate the entire house with fishes. having a great white in a tank is epic.
Oh, damn.I didn't think of that, and I litterally just did a run-through of that game two days ago. XD
Any chance you'd want to help?
sure! it would be fun to help out on such an epic undertaking. although i haven't played the games (with the exception of Code Veronica, and that was only the first cd because my dreamcast decided to die :sad.gif:) but i have seen playthroughs of it so i know the general layout of most of the games.
skeletons. their TWANG scare the out of me. (i will admit that i sometimes scare myself when i have my bow out and accidentially right click) and when i hear it i spazz out and confuse myself and i get hit again and then i put it on peacefull for a bit just to get rid of the horror. (long sentences YAY) but they are really only scary if they ambush me. otherwise they are easy as pie as long as they havent got creeper/spider buddies with them
i guess he/she means the rarity of them in the normal world. if you are looking for mushrooms the best way to get them is by taking a trip to the nether. you will have shrooms up to your neck after a bit of exploring.
in my opinion zombies should drop mushrooms, or maybe maggots/worms that can be used as bait for fishing, letting you catch bigger fish.
i mostly listen to OST from the silent hill games when im exploring(dark cave with music from a horror game = O_O scary!) and when im building or doing other things i listen to Rythm Tengoku OST, it is a ryhtm based game, so it goes perfect with minecraft :3
other than that i listen to OST from other games. i prefer that over "proper" songs.
It looks like someone forgot the definition of restart.
When you take it down, you put it back online again.
Looks like someone needs to look up the definition of "patience".
Someone needs to look up the definition of "hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia" because jok3r has it.
poor jok3r, having a phobia whose name is long just to make fun of the phobia.

are you just saying that to be mean?

on another note, i hope notch manages to fix minecraft.net soon, i want to log onto the server :<
zombies and spiders.
i build mostly in a vertical fashion (1x1 shaft with rooms at regular interwalls) and sometimes the topmost rooms are really close to the cliff-face that i built the shaft ontop. needless to say, the bastards spawn next to the room, and moan and slurp like a ***** (wait what O_o) and i get paranoid thinking there is a cave close by, when it is actually a spider-***** and zombie humping the wall on the outside and making noises.
oh, and portal sounds. i built a portal next to my house once, i blew that **** up as it made noises NON-STOP.
the sound i fear the most is the "TWANG" from skellies. i always end up spazzing in fear when i hear it, even if i know the mob is there.
it sounds like an awesome idea, but if i remember correctly, coding moving lightsources is next to impossible without breaking EVERYTHING.
