    [solved]
    I wanted to create a Minecraft server for me and my friends. I did everything, i set a static ip, i port forwarded 25565 on both UDP and TCP. I also let these through windows' firewall. When this didnt work i tried everything, from changing the server's settings, to trying a different port like 27003, yet my friends can't connect to my server.

    Yes i entered the correct ip in the port forwarding.
    Yes i allowed the ports through the firewall.
    Yes i sent my friends my external ip.
    Yes my Java is up to date.

    I'm not entirely sure i did the forwarding correctly so heres a picture:

    I think the problem is the port forwarding, as i also tried to create a server in a different game, and it also did not work, but im not sure what i did wrong.

    Edit:Reddit says i have CGNAT so i cant port forward with my internet.
