C & H is dumb. It uses shock over humor. I can be happy whenever I want and so can you.

posted a message on F.lux- If you use your computer at night
    http://stereopsis.com/flux/

It's a program to set the color of your screen throughout the day. Like sunlight during day, aka normal, and like your lights at night, aka yellow-ish, depending on your settings.

Your monitor is set to mimic the color of the sun in its light, but you don't see the sun at ten-thirty.[1] Normally, this causes you to lose sleep, as your brain needs to adjust for the different lighting. This would be spread out over the evening, but in this case, it takes longer. With this program, your monitor is set according to your location and type of lighting, and changes appropriately, so that you can sleep well even after playing TF2 until 1AM.[WARNING: You probably won't feel good in the morning after doing that.] Sources below. You're welcome.

All the stuff about triggering nightmares isn't true. I had a lucid dream about 5 hours ago, and looked at my hands. Yeah, they changed, but nothing happened. Looking at your hands can actually used as an induction technique. Notice the details of your hands every night, and when you go to sleep, tell yourself you will notice your hands while dreaming, see their differences from reality, and become lucid.

    To clear matters up:
Mirrors will NOT show you murders/disfigurations/freaky versions of yourself. It's YOUR dream, and if you think you'll see creepy stuff, you'll see creepy stuff. Sleep paralysis brings on hypnagogia, pretty much your brain experimenting with dream-scenes. If you get woken up at night and see stuff, just move or something and it'll go away. They usually aren't even coherent, just lights and stuff. While trying a WILD a few weeks ago, I saw a bright white light in a pitch-black room. (If I was smart, I would've kept going, but I moved and stopped the process :P) My sister reported everything going silver and orange.
You feel pain only when you expect to. When lucid/ everything (to me) feels like heavy anesthetic.

As a side note, while falling asleep, do not ask to be shown anything. Trust me.

posted a message on Lucid Dreams
A lucid dream is any dream in which the dreamer is conscious (i.e. aware of the dream and that s/he is dreaming). While lucid dreaming, it is possible to fly, summon whatever you want, change the landscape, and more. They can be great fun as well as providing insight to your unconscious, or uncontrollable, mind.

How to induce a lucid dream:
    WILD (Wake-Initiated Lucid Dream)
    1.Lie in a comfy position.
    2. Start imagining your muscles untensing.
    3. Count your breaths on the inhale and on the exhale think "I'm dreaming." Don't just say it-picture it. To accelerate this, imagine a scene and attempt to control it. If it collapses, do it again.
    4. Once you get to about 100 or so, you'll be
    a. hallucinating
    b. feeling a "wave of energy"
    c. feeling as if your foot went to sleep, but across your entire body.
Any and all combinations will do. What these mean is that your mind is going "wtf we must have fallen asleep or something" and shutting down muscles, eventually entering a dream. If you are successful, you will find yourself in a dream, fully aware (or lucid) and able to control your dream.

Anime haters. "umg curuptin our kidz!!11!!1one1one an lookz stoopid." The plotlines can be quite thick, and most of us dislike fanservice. Plus, only perverts watch hentai.

I don't hate bronies specifically. My two best friends are bronies. My little brother is a brony. However, whenever I see anyone trying to push it onto me, I get MAD. The same goes for the self-righteous ones who constantly get angry and say anyone who isn't a brony hates it and that they're being persecuted.
