I was just wondering, how many branches of bees are there if you total the vanilla Forestry bees, the ExtraBees, and the Thaumic Bees?

    Yay!
Btw, just to be sure... arc furnace works with IC2 dusts? =P

I believe that's the reason that Fred provided the option to disable the grinding machines.

Sure thing... as soon i get the server running... got some problem making ars magicka work with invasion mod.
You mentioned xycraft tank a few posts back...what tank where you talking about, i can't remind a tank in there...
Btw, as we'r on the xycraft subject... Liquid Aluminium?

Edit: Nvm about the tank, wiki's not up to date.

Don't worry, I sent Fred a fairly comprehensive list of metals from a lot of mods I personally play with and XyCraft Aluminium was on that list.

Its been suggested quite a few times :)

At the moment I have no plans for doing any liquid addons to AE, that isn't to say they won't make it in eventually but its presently off radar. So don't expect it anytime soon.

Alright, that's fine with me. It just means that I'm going to have to get creative with my liquids storage and find a way to combine it with AE.

Hey Algorithm? I don't know if this has been suggested before, but I'm going to go for it.

I have a few suggestions that I think would work well together

First, the ME Liquid Storage Cells. These cells come in the same varieties as their item counterparts, that being 1k, 4k, 16k, and 64k. Recipes can be discussed.

Second, the ME Tank. Similar to the ME Chest. The GUI's are very similar, with a single exception. To operate, just pop in the ME Liquid Cell and some mode of transporting that liquid that is compatible (buckets, IC2 Cells, Forestry Capsules, Thaumcraft Magic Capsules, what have you) and select the liquid from the GUI by a left click and the transporting medium will be filled for you. Each 'square' in the GUI (remember the GUI's are similar) is equivalent to one bucket's worth of liquid.

Third, the ME Liquid Interface. This device allows you to hook up Forge Liquid Directory compatible pipes (Redpower Pipes, BC Waterproof pipes, TE Liquiducts) to the network and pull liquid out and insert liquids back in. For it to operate properly, you have to specify a liquid in the MELI's interface that exists in the network.

Fourthly, say there's a recipe you have and it requires a bucket's worth of liquid, you can use special Liquid Marker Items to tell the crafting CPU to use a bucket's worth of liquid to make that item, or to tell the crafting process to, for example, output oil to a BC Refinery and you get fuel back.

Lastly, considering that tanks are considered inventories, the player can use the Import/Export Bus to move liquids into machines (say, moving lava & water into the Thermal Expansion Igneous Extruder to make Obsidian).

    Thank you for your time.

If you're still looking for that Forge hook, assuming this API is still alive and kicking and I can remember my password to the Forge forums, I'm more than willing to make the hook request in your stead.

Just let me know what to bring up in the post on the Forge forums via PM and I'll handle it in short order.

Can you post any metals in your game that arnt suported so i can add them?

Thanks. As for a list of metals, I run with a LOT of mods, so I think it would be better if I were to compile a list over the next little while and then PM it to you, it's either that or I just give you a list of all of the mods I use. Either way, expect a PM from me in the next little while.

Question: Can someone please give me a full list of what this mod can melt down to liquid as of the current version? I'm currently working on an inventory list for the liquids warehouse that I'm working on, I need to figure out how many liquids I have in order to figure out how much iron I need for the RC Iron Tanks I need.

I'll definitely give this mod a shot. I kind of wish that Azanor had stored research data in a different way and made it easier to clear the Thaumonomicon, it would make testing a lot easier for some people.

Also: Would it be at all possible to completely disable the transmutation of aspects via the config file until such a time that the process is much more balanced?

Irregardless of the 'bickering,' I like this. As much as I like the barrels from Factorization, I didn't like the extra baggage that came with it, so in short, I'll be using this mod.

    Good job.

The Quartz Wrench is just a BC Wrench, so any BC Wrench, or Omni-tool will work. :)

Depends on your total storage requirements, designing your pre-formatting and setting up how your storage is configured to make optimal usage of your network is part of the planning process.

And its quite common to tweak things as you go to adjust for more common materials or changes to your farms and such.

Ah, okay. Thanks. Now I have a few ideas for my "industrial" complex.

A question for myself, where the Nether did I put that graph paper?

You can really already do this your self, by messing with the priority of the storage blocks, Shift+right Click with Wrench to tweak the priority levels ( Higher = Higher Priority )

I do have plans for this.

Wasn't sure on the priority levels as I didn't see anything pertaining to that while I was skimming the wiki. Thanks for that. And great, this'll help me a lot.

Also, when I was looking through the wiki, I was thinking of you working with KingLemming (author of Thermal Expansion) to integrate the Quartz Wrench with the OmniWrench mod of his (I'm drowning in wrenches lately XD)

Another question, would it be advisable to create an array of disk drives for storage in disks?

Let me start off by saying that I love this mod to bits. The custom crafting machine has replaced my massive crafting complex that was built with Logistics Pipes in mind.

If I might make a suggestion, I was thinking of a server/mainframe-like multi-block machine that would provide storage for materials en masse as a last resort if the storage discs were full for whatever reason. I'm not clear on crafting recipes but I know that the heat vent blocks would be used in it's construction. I really wanted to get this idea out there for other people to pick apart.

Also, would there happen to be plans in the future that would allow multi-dimensional networks, or at the very least allow network "nodes" (two areas I want to be on the same network) to connect wirelessly?

Honestly I am not sure, but you'll likely need separate networks, yep.

    Thanks KingLemming.
