Okay I did get it working. I was just installing the wrong ModLoader files!
Once again, I feel like an idiot. Ha ha!

Okay, I re-installed the bin folder and re-installed Modloader and Forge but not Modloader MP.
I still have the same issue but there is no longer a loading bar for world generation.

Perhaps I should try a clean install of .minecraft?

Sorry about this I'm not very adept with modding games.

Edit: And yes I did remove Meta-inf.

Wow, I haven't been to these forums in a looooong time.

Anyways.

I've recently installed Thaumcraft, Modloader, ModloaderMP and Forge 1.2.5.
I was really excited to get into messing around with seals, making portals and spewing flames all over those damned skeletons!
The odd thing is I can log into the game fine, then I can navigate everything well, but when I go to create a new world it gets stuck on "Generating terrain" for a short while then the screen turns black, I'm not getting a crash report or anything!
Has anyone else experienced this?

I know it's no good but have a read, it's fun to read.

Alright, so right now this map is in a small testing phase, but I still find it fun to play, I don't have much of a description other than, well.. Defend the Fluttertree!

I am open to suggestions of what to add, say, lava pits under the ground, extra areas/larger area.
And I will allow anyone to take the map and transform it to their liking if I can't do it.

Fluttertree loses one piece of wood - Game over (Losing leaf blocks is fine)
No digging outside
Always play on Hard
I'm not sure if I should make it that you win once daytime has come, or just have it as a never-ending battle. You choose.

I'd like your opinion on this hastily made video, you can't really do much with Windows Live Movie Maker.

This really was just made to show off an awesome world I found with plenty of plains for building and an amazing mountainous area to explore.

You could try the free trial on Rift.

It's a great game with an amazing story to it. The problem is it's being filled up with WoW trolls.

Still, that's the point of trying it. I don't care if you hate it. :3
