My name is Ugikie and I am One of the Owners of Exodus Realms. We have a friendly and very experienced staff, and are constantly expanding the build team.
About The Server Exodus Realms is a large server in the works for almost a year! It brings together multiple elements from the many games and servers we have played over the years into an amazingly fun experience. It is a Role Play + Factions World complete with a Player Run Economy, Lore Filled Quests, Custom Skills and Abilities, Multiple Large Towns, Dungeons, In-depth NPC Scripting, Custom Loot and so much more. More than I could possibly list here. We need some dedicated staff members with experience in different areas to help complete this expansive world.
Builders (5 Needed) These positions would be responsible for creating and working on the dungeons and designing cities. You should apply if you are a creative builder who can make structures and features that will fill towns, keep it comfortable and somewhat fit to the themes. We have some large towns that we want to expand & Improve, so we need people who can bring them up to the level of detail and beauty with the rest of the server. While we do have some required builds, there is still free creative range for most things here. You are not limited to what we ask you to build. If you have something in mind, let use know. We are always open to new ideas.

Building for us is suuuper fun and easy. There are just a few requirements. Then we will speak with you on Discord or In-Game and the build process will begin. All applicants will start as a guest and do a test build on a private plot. After we discuss and review your build you can potentially move up to a Builder and member of the staff team. It is a simple process to ensure that we are a good match.
Requirements: Age 15 or older. This is simply a maturity thing. We are looking for people that can take on a task and complete it in a timely fashion, and conduct themselves in a mature way. (RECOMMENDED) Discord for Communication with a working Mic/Headset. Availability to work a couple of hours on evenings during weekdays. (Weekends times to be determined). I suggest you do a little more work formatting you thread however. You did a good job! It looks real nice.
I think if you went one step farther you might get more of response.
1) Less information. Sometimes more isn't better. You probably gave people too much to read and they are less likely to apply.
2) Flashy title. Make a large title to catch peoples attention. If your good with Photoshop, make something in there and have a picture for the tittle.

Hey everyone! We are in the final development stages of creating our new server Exodus Realms, and are looking for a few people to help us prepare for launch in the next month or so.
About The Server
Exodus Realms is a very large project We have been working on this server for a long time now, over 2 years! It combines some of our favorite elements from the servers we have played on over the years. It is an open world Faction based server complete with an Economy, Quests, Skills, Multiple Large Towns, Dungeons, and much much more. We have years of experience in Minecraft as well as many different MMORPGs and believe we have found a nice mix of what will make our server enjoyable for everyone.
We also offer PvP (Open world and large arena style), NPC Shops, banking, and Quest Givers with in depth Denizen scripting, and a friendly environment to start a faction/guild and play with your friends.
Staff Positions Available
Builders (3) - We need a couple of dedicated builders to help us complete our vision. These people would be responsible for creating and working on the dungeons and designing future player towns. There is free creative range here. You are not limited to what we ask you to build. If you have something in mind, let use know. We are open to new ideas.
We need some people who are dedicated builders who have experience in different fields of building. You know what needs to be put in town to fill up some space and keep it comfortable and fitting to the theme. We have some pretty big towns and are in the works of expanding them, so we need as much help as we can get with bringing them to the level of detail and beauty as the rest of the server.
Writers (2) - This job requires 2 positions, that would work closely with each other.
- Lore: This position will be in charge of story writing for the server. History and Lore, Custom Item Descriptions as well as concepts for future builds.
- Quests: In charge of using the custom Quest plugin to script NPCs and write new quest chains (All done with in-game GUI).
Mods/Beta Tester (2 - 3) - This is a general mod position to be filled when needed as we get closer to release. This person would be responsible for testing plugins, trial runs of quests and dungeons, and reporting bugs or issues to Admins. Upon server release this person will be provided with a special VIP/Mod position to help moderate chat, handle player issues and assist other staff as needed.
*All Positions will receive Mod (or Higher) Position upon server release*
