    its not really an infection, but since azanor is planning to change the natural function of crystals etc
    youd have to deliberately try to create the biome and since the taintspore cousins remove aura, the biome would eventually remove itself
    and the biome would have many benefits
    PS forgot to mention another suggestion, overloaded condensers, if the aura/taint is too high then the condenser sucking it out would be overloaded, possibly explode and do other lab-accident type of stuff
    but maybe you could research another upgrade (possibly of the hallowed knowledge branch idea) to fix this problem

    Since everyone seems to be discussing aura stuff i think ill input some ideas
    Aura biome and hallowed knowledge, because taint cant have all the biomes and its own knowledge type
    the Aura biome would be bright and colorful, sheep would spawn in bright colors like red, yellow, lime green, etc and the trees would be of varying leaf colors, and the grass would be a different color as well
    the ground, trees, etc could possibly have their own light, fulfilling the bright part of the biome
    maybe giant mushrooms occasionally appear?
    probably more magic creatures and things, animals will NOT (well, maybe) become "aurora" (as apposed to tainted) animals or anything like that, and monsters wont spawn.
    the trees could maybe even have a chance to drop gold apples
    but since this would be like a "haven" where you are free from harm and everything is very happy etc there should be some consequences
    so i propose some ideas for this, aura levels are harder to raise, the biome could possibly become "violent" (with crazed wisps everywhere and general chaos) if aura levels are TOO high (or maybe too low? as in the biome appears at say 80% aura levels but wont become stable until 90 or 100%, personally i like this idea better)
    a cousin of the taintspore, called [insert name here] which will actually suck aura from the air to "power" the biome, meaning youll need to maintain the aura levels (why the "too low of aura makes violent biome" is a good idea)

    I love the mod azanor, i hope you (or anyone) like my ideas

    And a fair amount of their community (not all of them) arent all that great

    Actually they would, I KNOW that technic pack has NO PERMISSION WHATSOEVER to use mods in the modpack
    And I highly doubt that the scum that is yogscast cared to even ask for permission from various modders (Azanor correct me if im wrong)

    Ps. Yes I hate yogscast, I only watch some of their videos when I'm bored, but they are just self-centered snobs with huge egos that swear ALOT, personally I think the outsiders are better (and some of the creatures)

    Optifine has actually caused ALOT of errors with thaumcraft, including previous versions I think

    Azanor did not give them permission to publicly distribute the mod as far as I know

    Grub nest blocks, they possibly appear when ores become tainted
    They spawn hostile grubs and when destroyed they will drop a grub egg
    The egg will spawn a neutral grub when right clicked
    The grub can be tamed with brains and bred with rotten flesh maybe?
    If killed they drop grub husks, these will either give a random potion effect good or bad when eaten
    Or be used in brewing for a random potion, maybe even some other unknown uses
    I had this idea when I remembered Azanor responding to someone suggesting a random potion thing
    He said grub husks so since eldritch trees aren't in the mod anymore...
    PS grubs would be like silverfish most likely

    EDIT: could make crystal hats, or at least the ability to harvest/remove the crystals from your head

    its so stupid
    these noobs go "add GUNS and PLANES and CARS" and so much other stuff
    that stuff will NEVER be added to minecraft unless jeb/notch has suffered a stroke or something
    minecraft is a semi-fantasy around medieval era in time, although things like the allocator COULD be added, things like that fit minecraft's unique style.

    Nice mod, i like it alot
    its a very good idea
    some suggestions would be
    EDIT: for the inchworm piston, maybe the piston alternates, it pushes itself, then pulls the block etc. that way it can inchworm its way anywhere with only one block
    EDIT #2: Omni piston that can push/pull in any direction, that or push/pull in all directions at once (except the direction that it receives redstone from, such as how a regular piston can move a furnace, this one cant break redstone)
    a redstone piston: it sends a redstone signal when it extends, so you can make domino piston contraptions
    (for the magnetic piston mentioned in planned features) maybe its like a sticky piston, but when it retracts, instead of pulling one block back like a normal sticky piston, it pulls ALL the blocks back (it could pull up to twelve blocks like a regular piston can push 12 blocks)
    spiked piston (?) jeb mentioned spikes and being able to attach them to pistons i think, so you could make traps
    insert piston (?) it can push items into chests/furnaces/etc, as in if it pushes an item into contact with an inventory, it puts it in the inventory

    but anyways, great mod
