Hello guys, I program, and I am sure many of you fellow Minecrafters here do too. This is just a place to freely discuss programming and programming anguages
Right now I am currently learning Python, but I do a lot of programming in bash, with my current project being a text-based game.
Ah The old days (I found an archive of old modloadeer stuffz so I can go back and play modded 1.2_02 :3)
No I believe that 100 years from now mojang will release version 340.0.2_0b, but seriously the game is getting a bit overcomplicated for the new users, so it's an if-if situation. I just wish they introduce a working version of the tutorial mode they had way-back-when so the newbies can learn the game
Hey guys, I had an idea for a mod a few nights ago, but put it off until today to post it. A mod that enhances the usefulness of fluids while also being compatible with other mods like Mekanism, BuildCraft, etc.
First off this will be tailored for those who dont want alot of complexity when it comes to crafting, but will also caitor to those who want recipes similar to what you find in most industrial mods. The recipe complexity will be able to be configured in the mod config.
First feature, the ability to liquify, thats the name of the mod, right? All ores and stone will be able to be liquified, want liquid redstone? got it! want liquid coal? we have that too. ores must be smelted into ingots before they can be put into a liquifier and piped out to a storage tank or whatever your sending liquid to. although stone will have to be ground up and mixed with water in an industrial blender before being piped out.
Tanks, we all need tanks to store liquids, that is why this mod introduces three types of modular tanks, Glass tanks, Reinforced Glass tanks, and Alloy Plated Tanks. Glass tanks are able to be built up to 5x5x5 blocks, while reinforced tanks have a limit of 15x15x15 blocks, and alloy plates have a limit of 30x30x30 blocks, tanks can also have open tops, so now you can have that pool of gold you always wanted!
But what if I want to carry my liquid gold? that's a good question, This mod will include handheld storage in the form of Fluid Containers, these can be picked up and carried by the player and hold about 1 Kiloliter per Container.
list of possible extra items for advanced recipes (Simple recipes only use ingame items.)
