So anyway, this isn't about the ship itself but about the way to get up there. Is there some way I can avoid having a dirt or glass pillar as seen above and a ladder to get up to my ship, and instead have just a ladder? Or is there a way to get something else (like fenceposts or something) to have ladders attached to it?
Alternatively, is there just another way to get up to a ship like that that isn't ugly as hell? I don't want to edit my texture pack because this is on a SMP server.
I'm sorry, this seems pretty obvious from where I'm sitting.
One day, it was working. I had ports forwarded, server open, people could join and leave as they would.
Now, with all the exact same options, same port forwarded (and it is, just as I did it before) and it's not working anymore. Connection refused. Other people in the forum are having the same issue, so I don't think this is a problem of us not following guides right.
Same issue at the moment with me, I think this is some sort of bug. I don't see why it'd stop working after a big patch because of me not forwarding ports, because it's all exactly as it was before.
The 'pay for more cards' structure of this game will ruin it, and leave Mojang with a tarnished reputation. I understand the concept, and I think it'd be a pretty fun game if new cards were bought with IN-GAME currency. Hell, I'd give it a try that way (even with the price tag for beta).
However, this is way off my list with a micro transaction function. It's fine to say "a lot of minecraft players probably won't like this", but it's way on the extreme, close enough to say "no one is going to play this".
I wish Mojang all the success in the world, but making an online card game with micro transactions is not the way to success. It's like they looked at Minecraft and decided to make a game that gives you the LEAST freedom to do what you want as possible.
I'm having the exact same problem. Hosting a server fine one day, and then after the recent update nothing is working. I can connect, but no one else can.
I don't hope for this specific update, for reasons mentioned, but looking at all the mob mods in the mods forum, I'm surprised more haven't been added yet.
It seems that Mojang is falling behind the community in a great big way in that regard. Everyone in the community is doing it, why aren't you?
Also, please make creepers spawn less often. It goes from "ah! a creeper!" to "another day, another creeper culling". No particular mob should be so frequently seen that that's the reaction.
Dunno if this has already been mentioned, but I think the hand pick and the hatchet patterns should be swapped, so they're closer to the normal versions. Right now the hand pick pattern looks more like the normal axe pattern.
*facepalm* you know what here is why I complain and cant make ANY DAMN MONEY
Im Autistic AHDH OCD and have an overprotective mother
I'm most of the time very anti social
Alot of the time I get sidetracked easily
I have more **** on my hands then ever before.
That said can I please have the trolls and the aholes stop posting such RUDE F*CKING REMARKS?!
Your personal situation really has nothing to do with the fact the person can charge for full access on his server if he wants. I personally don't agree with it, but that's why I don't pay for it, and I don't ***** about it.
Did you actually send this person a message, or did you just post "at them" about it?

I'll be even more willing if people have to pay to make them.
