*Why should we choose you to be a staff member?: I am an older and mature player. I have a lot of experience in staff positions, and know plugin commands fairly well. If I don't know the plugin, I'm independent and can figure them out myself. I am a very friendly player, and I think most people like me. On previous servers I have moderated, many players said I was their favorite staff. And NO, I was not abusing my powers to get them what they want. I can add a friendly atmosphere and I love helping out.
How much time will you spend on the server?: I can dedicate at least an hour a day, usually three or four.

Why should we accept you? I should be staff because I'll help emmerse the players into the game by helping them when they need it, bring the player experience into a better experience than what they experience. If the experience is bad I'll ask what could be better or what they'd like to see change to make it much better and report it to the owner. If the staff and I (if I'm staff) think that's a good idea, we could have a poll to see how many people would want the thing they suggested to make the server better. I would also help brain storm ideas. I have a lot of experience as a staff member and i am good at handling difficult players. i have had to deal with depression before so i know how to handle players with depression and suicide thoughts.
