Though it would seem so, I can guarantee that I was not deceived in any way. The Giratina is as normal as any Giratina would be (I've used it in battle many times since I received it), but I get your point. Zygarde certainly isn't half as rare/powerful as compared to Arceus or even Kyurem, so it would seem surprising that I would get such an amazing Pokemon for it.

You have no way of being certain that the Giratina isn't duped. The GameStop events mean that a shiny Giratina is less likely to be duped than, say, a shiny Ho-oh, but it was still duped in all probability.

So Diancie has just been officially confirmed, that pretty much destroys almost any doubt that Volcanion, Hoopa, and Mega Latias/Latios are real as well

You'd have to be incredibly thick to have thought they were fake this whole time.

How is this for a Pachirisu set?

    Pachirisu(Paches) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP/220 SpDef/36 Spe
    Nature: Calm
    -Substitute
    -Super Fang
    -Swagger
    -Nuzzle

Well the first problem that jumps out at me is that you're using Pachirisu.

Made new team that I find to be half-decent. This is my first REAL competative team that I actually put time into and I want people to criticize it. (Not really just constructive criticism)
    Smeargle

    Smeargle(Digit) @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Own Tempo
    EVs: 252HP/252Spe/2Def /2Sp.Def
    Nature: Serious
    -Spore
    -Spikes
    -Sticky Web
    -Stealth Rock
(One thing I have to say is that I didn't know what Moody did before I was finished, I would have had it on him, definately.)
    Mienshao

    Mienshao(Saturn) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Regenerator
    EVs: 252Atk/252Spe/4HP
    Nature: Bashful
    -Hi Jump Kick
    -Drain Punch
    -Stone Edge
    -U-turn
    Goodra

    Goodra(Mr.Bubbles) @ Assult Vest
    Ability: GooeyEVs: 252Sp.Def/126Sp.Atk/126HP/4Def
    Nature: Calm
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt
    -Sludge Bomb
    Ampharos

    Ampharos(Pinky) @ Mega Stone
    Ability: Static/Mold Breaker
    EVs: 252Sp.Atk/128HP/64Sp.Def/64Def
    Nature: Quirky
    -Thunderbolt
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Signal Beam
    -Focus Blast
    Avalugg

    Avalugg(Wilhelm) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252Def/128Atk/128HP
    Nature: Impish
    -Rapid Spin
    -Crunch
    -Avalanche
    -Earthquake
(I could use some help with the moveset on this one. Considering Recovery)
    Golurk

    Golurk(Dukino) @ Choice Band/Lum Berry
    Ability: Iron Fist
    EVs: 252Atk/252Def/4HP
    Nature: Adamant
    -Earthquake
    -Hammer Arm
    -Shadow Punch
    -Stone Edge
Vivillon (Replaces Smeargle in Double Battles)

    Vivillon(Tina) @ Quick Claw
    Ability: Friend Guard
    EVs: 252Spe/252Sp.Atk/4HP
    Nature: Timid
    -Bug Buzz
    -Hurricane
    -Quiver Dance/Protect
    -Rage Powder/Protect

When EV training a defensive Pokemon you should maximize whatever defensive stat is lowest, HP or Defense/Sp. Defense. So Avalugg should have 252 HP EVs and 126 in Defense, same for Goodra but with Sp. Defense, and put those 4 Defense EVs into something else too, what are you hoping to accomplish with those? Also, you do realize that putting 2 EVs into a stat does literally nothing, right?

Most of your natures look good or at least not bad, but neutral natures suck. Why Quirky and Serious instead of Modest and Jolly/Timid?

I'm not going to analyze your moves too much, but Draco Meteor is better than Dragon Pulse on Goodra.

They're pretty good. Mega Venusaur gets Thick Fat, almost completely negating the fact that it's a Grass-type and becoming an all-out tank. Mega Blastoise, it's ok. It can only learn one of the pulse/aura moves by level, the others are gotten through TM or Breeding. Clawitzer is definately better with Mega Launcher, it gets almost all of the pulse/aura moves by level.

You know that the method a Pokemon uses to learn a move doesn't actually affect its power or anything right? Blastoise learns all of the pulse/aura moves it needs, and literally every single one of Mega Blastoise's stats is higher than Clawitzer's.

Speaking of Froakie, I think that Greninja might be one of the best starters, competively speaking. It's fast, good Sp.Atk, and dat Protean.

It's pretty great. Blaziken is obviously the best, Charizard is better than it too because of its Mega Evolutions. I'm not sure about the other Kanto MEvos, I haven't used or faced them much at all.

Gen 5, IMO had the best music, but Gen 4 and Gen 3 are close. Gen 6 is somewhere in that, but I honestly haven't listened to the music that much.

The only Gen VI tracks that stand out to me are Snowbelle City and Diantha's Theme, X and Y are pretty mediocre in terms of music in my opinion.

We all knew that a RSE remake was coming. They hinted at it in the dialogue of X and Y.

Yeah sure uh-huh, you keep telling yourself that. I don't know if there will be remakes or not, but there are no remake hints in X/Y.

You can find Ditto in the Pokemon Village.

They're not nearly as good as Friend Safari Ditto. Without a Ditto safari breeding for IVs is much more difficult.

Substitute would probably go nicely due to Goodra's great Special Defense. Not sure what move it should replace though.

Yeah Substitute works great with Assault Vest.

I have planned up a Goodra for my team, I'd like to know if this seems alright, since I dont know whats good or bad.

    Goodra @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey
    EVs: 128HP / 128SpAtk / 252SpDef
    Calm Nature
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Thunderbolt
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Focus Blast

I'd replace Focus Blast with Fire Blast and Dragon Pulse with Draco Meteor.

EDIT: Also you should definitely go for 252HP / 128SpDef, special attacks will deal nearly identical damage but you'll take physical hits somewhat better.

I only consider things from Bulbapedia, Nintendo, Pokémon.com, or Bulbanews to be completely 100% factual. Besides, I don't even think Masuda was involved at all with Red and Blue, so how would he know?

You seriously value Bulbapedia over someone who's actually worked on the games? He actually did work on Red and Green.

My Chesnaught survived Diantha's Mega Gardevoir using Moonblast. That tells you something about his defense.

It tells me nothing about its Defense, actually, since Moonblast is special.

Chesnaught has higher speed than a lot of Pokemon. Greninja is weak to him anyway.

Chesnaught's Speed sucks period. Other Pokemon have worse Speed but that doesn't mean Chesnaught's is good.
