I'm putting together a site for it, but it isn't done yet.

Make sure that where ever you put up the website is resilient. It might get visited by large numbers of people on a regular basis....

Or maybe that's just those of us spamming the "F5" key waiting(mostly) patiently with great anticipation for news of your new game. ;)

The only "progression inhibiting" bug that I have found was that I couldn't successfully open the Keystone to put runes in it. But I believe that was reported somewhere already.

The only other bug that I have seen in this wonderful mod is mostly aesthetic, but could be a problem for building/placing blocks. Light sources placed by the "Light" spell can be broken instantly by hand or anything else, but immediately reappear if you try to place a block where they were. Water seems to remove them completely though. Same goes for Particle Emitters, can break them by hand or with the crystal wrench, and they are still "there". Haven't been able to disguise them either for some reason.

But like I said...those bugs are almost exclusively aesthetic. :-) The rest of the mod ROCKS! :-D

I apologize if I missed this but, do 1.2 or 1.2.1 work with Minecraft 1.7.10?

Just curious. This is one of my favorite mods I would love to use it in my modpack again. :)

Semi-Tested Version for 1.7.10 is available at the link above, kindly compiled/posted by ruyan a few pages back. (Just thought it was worth bringing to the current page's attention!)

Thank you Eunomiac. I was just about to go searching for that. :)

And by the way, your signature just made my whole day! Thanks for that too! XD

posted a message on Balanced Exchange (by Brad16840)
    Quote from Brad16840
By default (to be balanced) only blocks, iron ingots, gold ingots and diamonds are transmutable. If you want to be able to use it to create string you can open the MPB editor by pressing CTRL+E while an amulet is open, select string in the list of items and set it to be 'dispensable'.

So am I correct in understanding that 'dispensable' must be turned on for you to be able to create items via the transmutation chest? I've tried a number of items that are 'createable', but they all say "Hasn't been learnt". Example would be redstone dust. I check the MPB Editor and it is 'Creatable' and 'Consumable' and at default values (48 MPB) but not 'Dispenseable'.

By the way, 'EPIC AWESOME!!!' doesn't quite begin to describe your mods. ;)

EDIT: As a side note, every time that I try to access the recipe editor via Ctrl+R my world crashes. It says 'This connection is terminated' and when I click on the button for the 'Main Menu' it takes me to the multiplayer server screen. I don't know that I am getting a crash log as the game itself doesn't crash, just the world. Any ideas??

posted a message on Truss Mod (RP2 -style frames)
    Quote from eyeonus

I like the looks of Truss Mod, but Remain In Motion has a lot more (useful) features.

Well, that was rather rude. Very rude in my opinion. And uncalled for. I mean if the mod is completely dead and you are referring people to an alternative, that might be one thing, but clearly this isn't.

Just FYI I've played with and like both mods. They each have their own beauty and talents. This one is simple, yet powerful. And that is what I like about it. :)

TBH, I haven't tried MultiBlocks with Remain in Motion, but I would be surprised if they worked. They didn't with Redstone In Motion.

@RainWarrior: This mod is awesome. ;) Keep up the good work.

I've run into an issue with the 1.7.2 version of the mod and wondered if I am doing something wrong. Everything appears to work as normal....except for when I try to power the motors. They don't move or move anything on top of them. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Tried placing a lever beside them, on them, attached to them via redstone dust....nothing. It isn't crashing so I have no log. Any ideas?

Well I'll tell ya, you did a fabulous job with More Materials. I love it!

I actually haven't played with Alchemical Reactions yet as I discovered More Materials as I was migrating from 1.6.4 to 1.7.2. I was so sad when I found Alchemical Reactions was still 1.6.4. It was awesome to find that you're updating it. Can't wait to add Alchemical Reactions 2 to the list of mods that I am using. Really looking forward to it. ;)

Try deleting the configs of Inventory Tweaks to generate default ones.

I had actually tried this without success saddly. :(

    Quote from Kobata
Crafting Pillars is adding some null item to an OreDict entry somewhere, I haven't bothered trying to figure out which one -- it's going to be one of the ones mentioned in the tree file though. The more recent builds shouldn't crash there anymore, but will throw out a log message when they would have as a hint to mod devs to fix their code. In other news, I finally got around to doing this: Next release will probably be after 1.7.9 or .10 tools come out, just in case I need to make any changes for the new version.

Epic awesome Kobata. Thank you! I like the controls section too!

By the way, thank you for making this mod. It is one of my all time favorites. I find myself in dire straights without it. :)

I understand that there is an issue with Crafting Pillars and InventoryTweaks. I wanted to ask if there is a known reason? And if so, can it be fixed?

And incase it will help, here is an error log from an instance of Minecraft 1.7.2 that contains ONLY Forge 10.12.1.1110, Crafting Pillars, and InventoryTweaks.

Okay, so here's the plan at the moment:

    1.7 release:
    -no more support for bees
-single biome (extreme hills or plains)
-Small modpack centered around Ex Nihilo and the feel of vanilla
Potential Modlist (obviously these are 1.6.4 mods, and 1.7 updates may be a ways away):

    Content Mods:
    Ex Nihilo
    Industrialization*
    OpenBlocks
    Extra Utilities
    Gany’s Surface
    BiblioCraft
    Chisel
    Steve’s Carts
    Red Logic
    Hopper Ducts
    WR-CBE
    IronChests
    Colored Chests
    Backpacks
    JABBA
    Remote IO
    Translocators
    ChickenChunks
    Ender Storage

    Utility Mods:
    Craftable Horse Armour
    TreeCapacitor
    Simple Recycling
    EnchantPlus

    UI Mods:
    NEI
    Opis
    WAILA
    InventoryTweaks

    Core Mods:
    CodeChickenCore
    MobiusCore
    bspkrsCore
    OpenModsLib
    AutoUtils
    ImmibisCore
    SKC Core

    thoughts?

I like the idea. I am actually working on something similar. I am formulating a relatively simple tech pack that has Ex Nihilo and Ex Aliquo in it. I am planning to make a variant of the mod pack that is reconfigured specifically for playing this map, and I was wondering what your policy was on allowing people to include it in their mod packs? I always link back to the forum thread or website for content that I include as well as providing screen shots of my permission to include said content in my mod packs. The website for several of my older mod packs can be found here: www.tigersfangs.com

Thanks for making an awesome map! :)

posted a message on DartCraft Beta 0.2.20
Alright, I tried searching this thread and I tried searching google. Neither seems to have an answer for my little issue.

    I am using DartCraft v0.2.15

I have discovered an error where a Force Pack will vanish with ALL of it's contents.

I will test later tonight to see if it is INTENTIONALLY repeatable.

    The problem is as follows:

    1) Open the Force Pack
    2) Remove an item and put it in my inventory
    3) Close the Force Pack
    4) Realize that I wanted the item on my hotbar and quickly open my inventory via pressing "E"
    5) Pick up the Force Pack from the hotbar and place it in inventory
    6) Pick up the item and place it in the hotbar (Yes, in the exact space where the Force Pack was)
    7) Use the item in question
    8) Open my inventory by pressing "E"
    - The intent is to switch the item for the Force Pack so that I can put the item back in the Force Pack
    9) Realize that the item is no longer in my hotbar but is now being held by my mouse cursor (without me picking it up) and now looks like the Force Pack
    10) Place the item in my inventory
    - At this moment two things happen simultaneously, the Force Pack vanishes with all of its contents, and the item returns to its correct sprite

The item in question this time around was a "Safari Net (Single Use)" from Minefactory Reloaded 2. I have had this error happen before but do not recall what the item was that I was using. I thought that it was a fluke the first time, but.....losing an expensive remote mining setup (QuarryPlus, PumpPlus, TE Dynamos, Ender Chests, Ender Tanks, and all supporting conduits) has opened my eyes to this being a recurring problem.

I will update this post later with more information after I have had a chance to test this issue. I may or may not be able to get a FML log read out as it does not cause a crash and this happened on a server that runs 24/7. The server IS running a moderately sized mod pack.

I just want to know if this problem has been reported before. As I said I could not find any reports of it, and it was not on the "Known Bugs" section in the OP. I want to know if this is fixable/avoidable. And yes I know that I could "just not use the force packs", but that seems kinda opposite of the intent doesn't it?

posted a message on Modular Powersuits Addons (MPSA) - Requires Modular Powersuits
    Quote from eximius88

Recipes are enabled and disabled in the main MPS config (powersuits.cfg) under the general category.

That is what I thought. However when I checked there just now and previously, there were no options for either Thermal Expansion or Vanilla recipes as those are JSON files now. There are only entries for GregTech, Industrialcraft, and Universal Electricity recipes.

And to be clear, I have already disabled the vanilla recipes for MPS by not including the Vanilla.recipes JSON file in my build and including the ThermalExpansion.recipes JSON file to get those to work.

The trouble that I am having is that I can't find an entry to disable MPSA Vanilla recipes(or Thermal Expansion recipes for that matter). Even in the MPS config file(powersuits.cfg) under the "General" section.
