Mobs obviously can't talk,what they are doing is actually setting up a clientMessage
And theres no mods for you to make a mod,your mods to make mods is mods maker or code editor like droid edit

Simple!!There's two parts:
1:Getting UUID from arrows in the world
2:Testing their Velocity
First part:UUID of arrow
You will need an entityAddedHook(ent) to make it work,you also need an array too.

Second part:triggering function:simple enough,you can even copy it if you want

Alright, thx for helping.
So I bet Entity.addEffect is the same answer, again I can't add effects to entity(like health boost to fix set health)
Even I added the effect when the mob dies it crashes
