Why you wish to join: Half nostalgia being the first version I played, half just preferring this version over most others especially with other people.

How will you benefit the server?: I am a fairly level-headed person who simply enjoys the company of others. I will most likely make a few builds, some big some small. How will you benefit from the server ?: I will benefit from the server by becoming a positive part of the community on the server, I may also be able to do collabs with other players to build bigger and better than I could alone.Favorite Minecraft feature and why?: Multiplayer simply because everything is so much better with anyone else.Preferred though optional, Show me a build or two (Post images. Viewing links ONLY from imgur): A house I built in creative on Tekkit, sadly, the world broke and deleted all non-vanilla blocks. This was the best view I could get, oh and http://www.myguildhall.com/

No, I have not. Although I just checked it out and it is not what I am looking for, I want a mod that allows for you to change the difficulty level of individual mobs between what ALREADY EXISTS. I do not want the game to be harder, I want certain things to be harder/easier than others. (For example, I want creepers to be normal, and EVERYTHING else on hard, that way I can have a challenge and not get instantly killed every 5 seconds.)

That... actually doesn't sound too bad.
A settings system where you could choose what mob spawns in what areas and how difficult they are sounds REALLY good. Sliders would work perfect, and several check boxes for the Nether, Caves and Overworld would be great. Maybe you could even change at what lighting they spawn in to make things that much harder.
Line of sight range options, attack power, etc. This could be REALLY good to people who like a challenge, or want to personally configure their mob locations.
Exactly, I enjoy a challenge, but not getting one-hit-killed by a creeper... again, again, and again...
I like the idea about customizing how light affects mobs, heck maybe you could set it up so mobs always spawn and never burn, not sure why you would want to but oh well.

The idea is simple, customizable difficulty. Now I'm not talking about adding more difficulty settings, I'm suggesting adding a slider for every mob. Spiders could be set to hard, cave spiders to normal creepers to peaceful/off (hate them in 1.3 with their hardmode one-shots and all >.<) etc.
Heck, maybe even have it set to where they spawn with a check-box system, that way ghasts could spawn in the over-world, creepers in the nether, zombies and skeletons in the water, all the while spiders only spawn underground.
Meh, just an idea, but I think it would be awesome.

Not bad, but not quite what I'm looking for...
I'm not looking for a custom-made village (or one where you place a block and the NPCs spawn (mostly cause alot of those already exist...)). I'm looking for a village that you build from the start, one thats different every time you play it

Sounds like a good idea, but it would be difficult to code
The best I could do would be a mod that causes people to congregate at ceratain blocks, that you put in houses after making them, so you can populate your cities. You might have better luck elsewhere!
Shouldn't be too difficult, just make a few more villagers (for A. and B. (again, C. if you want)). As well as making them spawn near you, make them despawn, a few AI changes and bam, you got the mod!
Jun 13, 2012What I am asking for is simple (well... kinda :/) a mod that allows random npcs to show up on your doorstep, asking for A. A place to rest. B. A place to live. Or C. A place to work. (C. Is completely optional) The NPCs don't have to do much, honestly, I just want to be able to build for more than myself in SP and start an actual village. (Or city :D) But ya, I DO NOT CARE if these NPCs are the LAZIEST creatures to walk Minecraftia...Posted in: Requests / Ideas For Mods
P.S. I make lets plays on youtube, and I would be willing to add this to my minecraft series if it turns out good. (As usual, sry if this exists, neither google nor the forums themselves could find such a mod :/)
