Experiences related to the position you're applying for: I am very knowledgeable for being an Admin. I will be one of the nicest people you will ever meet, I'm kind to anybody unless their being a **** to me. I will treat all players with respect and equality no matter what. If someone is having trouble I will help them out. If people are having a fracas then I will end it with no violence. You know what they say, words are more powerful than actions.
Experiences NOT related to the position you're applying for: I get good grades at my High School, I also like to have fun and hang out with friends. Thanks for taking time and reading this.

This tool allow you to convert any fonts (.ttf) into a Minecraft compatible png You all do have many font located in C:/Windows/Fonts such as Arial, Cooper Black and others which are all compatible with my tool. You can also download some here : http://www.dafont.com/
Screenshot of my tool :
1st : You need something that allow you HD Fonts such as Optifine (http://www.minecraft...__hl__mcpatcher) or MCPatcher (http://www.minecraft...__hl__mcpatcher).
2nd : You need a font .ttf (Can be found in C:/Windows/Fonts or http://www.dafont.com/)
3rd : In my program select a Font File.
4th : Select where you want to save the converted font.
5th : Choose the numbers you want or use the recommanded.
6th. Click Convert and you should see a message telling you where the png as been saved.
7a. If you use a texture pack, open it up in winrar and browse to the fonts directory. Drag the default.png that was created into here.
7b. If you don't use a texture pack, open up minecraft.jar in winrar and browse to the fonts directory. Drag the default.png that was created into here.
Resolution - The size of the area given to one character.
Font Size - Doesn't really need explaining, it's how big the font will be.
X Offset - What the name implies. If letters are too close together, make it bigger, and vice versa. If letters are cut off on the right or left side, subtract or add to the number respectively.
Y Offset - If letters are cut off on the bottom, make it bigger, if they are cut off on the top then make it smaller.
