i dont know if anyone already said this idea but i think that there should be several or one big sugar cane farms becasue since the walls of the japenese buildings uses paper to make and that sugar cane in minecraft makes paper so sugar cane farms would be like a really important part of a japenese village and the player should be able to trade sugar canes and paper with the village to help support it

just wanna say one thing about the armour it should be a fish scale armour which is not exactly made of fish scales but it does look a lot like fish scales it is very good for movement thanks to the fish scale disign which flex and bend easily.
    wikipedia definition:Japanese scale armours
Japanese (samurai) individual scales are called kozane[8] Japanese scale armours constructed from fish type scales gyorin kozane were reportedly constructed in Japan as far back a the Fujiwawa period (11th century). You should put in sake dens(basically a taveren) where the women could go to produce sake aka rice wine that can replace cider.
Sorry if I mispelled something and I love your mod :smile.gif:.
