You can do that by making your own crafting recipes.

This has been answered already. You need to update the skins. Easy way, go to Nova Skin and just drag from the folder onto the browser. Then resave. Models now have sleeves/pants/shirts (layers) or whatever and it throws off the old skins.

    Hi there,

Thank you for this mod! It's perfect. But i've got a little problem to add custom skin (customnpcs 1.8, forge 1.8): The textures don't fill with the character, especially the head. (here is a skin with Homer Simpson)

    error

Any ideas to resolve this problem ?

Go to Nova Skin, upload your skin, then resave it. Minecraft has changed the way we can make skins by adding sleeves, pants, and shirt layers. (I guess is the best way to explain it.) It is really that simple to fix.

    And @ SadGhoster87
I did something to this effect.
    1. Make a quest for each gym leader to where you can't challenge one until the first is complete (Can't battle leader #3 without defeating leader #2).

    2. /pokespawn (or whatever the command is) via dialog. Once one dialog is complete, unlock the next dialog. Do this for each Pokemon.

    3. Relying on players to not cheat and just click their way through all the dialogs, complete quest at last dialog and give gym badge. It was kinda rough, but worked...and you could steal the pokemon of other leaders.

I did the same thing to make a few trainers.

Another few bugs I noticed in the 1.8 version (also not sure if this was mentioned already).

    1. NPCs I made on another map seem to be spawned on new maps I create. No, they were not set to spawn naturally, but they were cloned with the cloning tool.

    2. The Beards/Skins/Model UI sometimes doesn't work when jumping from one thing to another. You pretty much have to set it, then exit then jump back in. If not, it will place the skin on the wrong model, ext. (The one you chose reverts back to the old model that was selected before.)

    3. ...same thing with the colors except it is also hard to just exit the color selection mode without closing out the whole UI.

    Does this work for 1.7.10d

It worked for 1.8. Not sure about 1.7.10, but don't see why not.

I had to update several personal skins I made to fit since the sleeves/pants/shirt update. (I call it that 'cuz that's what it kind-a is, lol.) Basically, the way I did it, I went to Nova Skin and just uploaded and re-saved several skins. This might be your problem and, if it is, can easily be fixed.

Not sure if mentioned before, but when adding NPCs to spawn naturally they don't show up when selected, but still spawn as intended. Not a big problem. But a similar bug is when selecting NPCs for NPCs to spawn, they also don't show up and also don't spawn.

On a side note: Love the mod, keep up the good work!

posted a message on Bonez (Dominos) Spell Mod idea.
    Bonez Mod

    Description and Basics:
The Bonez mod is a mod idea that allows the player to craft a deck of dominos out of either Chiseled Quarts or Chiseled Stone Bricks and several dyes to cast spells. A wooden varient can be used for the most basic spells. Upon right-clicking a deck, the player is brought to a GUI grid. In the GUI the player has a starting hand of Bones (dominos). Starting from the middle - It is the players goal to make a path to any element on the grid using the dominos by dragging and rotating them into place. The player can only make the path by matching the numbers on either side to a connecting domino...any end and even the sides (where the numbers are, not the middle) can be used, but must connect with matching numbers. Once a connection is made, a spell of that element is bound to the deck to be used when right-clicked again. Left Clicking will slowly deplete the spell while doing a melee attack that deals status effects, damage, and/or do other things. Once the proper connections are made, the player clicks a button to seal in the Bonez for later use.

    Spells and Spell Power:
Once a connection is made, the most direct path is calculated between the starting point and ending point. Each connection leading to the end is totaled up and affects spell power by a small amount. Wooden Bonez casts weak spells, Stone Bonez cast moderately powerful spells, and Quarts Bonez cast powerful spells. Do note that not all spells are offensive. Some are defensive and buff the player or strictly debuff the enemy. Also, before completing a spell, the player can link two spells together to form complex elements. Either from the middle (start) or from the path already made. This will keep thinks simple...four basic elements, four corners, four sides, allows for them to easily be distanced the same from the start...with the exception of Light/Dark variant of elements (explained below) that are located right next to the basic elements of the same element on the board.

Elements (general ideas of what each may do):
Fire - Tends to protect player from fire and/or inflict a burning effect.

Water - Allows for water breathing, faster swimming, fire protection.

Wind - Speeds the player, lowers fall damage, cuts through multiple targets.

Earth - Boosts defense, shatters defenses, launches boulders.

Life - (Combination of Water and Earth) Heals player, those around player, and removes status effects.

Lightning - (Combination of Wind and Fire) Stuns targets, may burn targets, teleports player short distances.

Ice - (Combination of Wind and Water) Slows targets, freezes them solid (small chance to break with melee), spell protection armor.

Steam - (Water and Fire) Cloaking, Walk through/fall through/jump through cracked blocks (Like Illusion of Gaia as Shadow), let an attack pass through you.

Light and Dark - Only on Quartz Bones. A Light and Dark varient can be found of any spell, right next to it. Dark spells strictly inflict negative effects on victims. Light spells buff the player. In the middle of the two is the regular version, normally a ranged offensive spell when not used with left clicking.

    Other:
There is a difference between the three other than types of spells and base power. Wooden Bonez, when a spell is made, retain the spell until used. Stone Bonez will only hold a spell if no other Stone Bonez are holding a spell. Quartz Bonez only hold a spell while held and will revert to normal Bonez when quick-bar slots are switched. All Bonez do deteriorate slightly with every use. Bonez do not stack. One deck takes up one slot and any new decks made will consume another slot.

    Options:
Option to turn off world damageing effects if any are developed. Option to disable Wooden/Stone/Quartz Bonez...any particular deck or a combination of the three. I would say all, but why have the mod if they are all disabled? Also, options to determine how each type of Bonez "holds" a spell. Whether there's no restrictions, will replace/won't work if another deck of the same type is holding a spell, or holds until no longer equipped.

Woke up today to read this article from a local news station. Minecraft is really getting around...always seeing "Minecraft" themed birthday parties posted on the non-technological version of a posting-wall in one of our parish's (county/district) cities.

I would rather it be a forge mod. This is a mod idea I had for a while now since most mods add classes that are linked to mostly certain custom weapons, have very world destructive skills, ext. This would be compatible with more mods and allow a level of world protection that can only be found in Bukkit...not as nice, but does the job. This would also eliminate the need for elaborate redstone clocks and what-not to simple make a class or check for items. I don't know if it can be done, I am not a modder and wouldn't even know where to begin on a project like this.

posted a message on Day/Night cycle customization?
literally found one yesterday and am now on vacation and can't remember the actual name of it...there is one though. The one I saw had the ability to set to real time, any time zone, make days as long or as short as you wanted and it didn't ruin the "day" you were on in Minecraft. ...kicking myself for not remembering it. It was for 1.7.2, too. If I had faster internet, I'd search more for it.
