As I have said before, it all has to do with the way minecraft was programed, if you had the most amazing, fastest, super computer in the world, it still wouldnt work, its all due to the programing, and there is no way to fix it.

No, you dont understand, even if you had the most amazing pc money could buy, minecraft still couldnt handle it, this has nothing to do with your pc, but with the very slopy way minecraft was programed, and sadly, there is no way to fix it.

You dont need double sides, it would have no point in minecraft, why not search about piston-slimeblock engines? They can do everything you suggested here and more!
You know that exploring the world is one of the ways to and airplanes can go faster than people and you can go from one area from your world to the other

I should note that, if you added planes, the game would get laggy (Slow) and you wouldnt be able to play at all, this is due to the fact that if you try to load too many chunks at one time, the game wouldnt be able to keep up.

(Also, remember to always keep your hand right clicking the furnace on the type of train I sugested types of trains, you can also make a engine that moves blocks with slime blocks, which can esintally already make a train, with seats. So basicly we can already do this in vannila.)
(The piston-slimeblock engine could also be used to make helicopters and planes)
5 percent is A LOT! Think about that, you have a small mob farm, you go out to it everyday, collect cards, and could kill the ender dragon in one hit. With your idea there would be no way to prevent that.
You can hold a shulker box while your riding the horse, in case you dont know, shulker boxes are to be added in the next update, they work as sort of backpacks.

Well you could have a bunch of minecarts close to eachother and sit in those, and put a furnace minecart in the back that will push you!
