I gotta agree with Ender, $100 is too expensive for a rank, and it does sound like you just made the number up. Not everyone has $100 in their pocket. Your reasoning is flawed. This suggestion is flawed. Leave this up to the owners.
One problem that has been annoying me lately is the Silk Touch Enchantment. Even if you collect the ore, what else are you going to do with it? I mean, yeah Silk Touch is useful, but when 99% of all blocks can be collected without Silk Touch, it kinda rules out the purpose of it. Anyways, to get back on track to my main problem, why can't we smelt Coal, Redstone, Emerald, Nether-Quartz, Lapis and Diamond ore?? What's the point of using Silk Touch on these blocks, if you can't even SMELT THEM? I mean, you could break them with an Iron, Stone, and Diamond picks, but thats a waste of Durability! My point is, that we should be able to smelt these ores without using another Pickaxe on them.
Despite being more faster when loading games, MCPE or any Minecraft on a 3DS would be near impossible. With the data loaded in a 3DS, a Minecraft port would be WAY to laggy and glitchey to play. Plus, the ram usage that Minecraft takes would take nearly at least HALF of your 3DS SD card space.
Note Before Get Started: I know an idea like this was made recently, but with my original account. Somehow, I got locked out and I can't seem to get back in. So, I decided to edit my original idea and repost it as V2.0.
The Idea: Its plain and simple. My idea is a new structure called the Mayan Temple to be added to the Mesa Biome. Its similar to the Desert Temple, but to get to the chests, you need to go trough a complex maze filled with dungeons.
Why Find One?: Its mainly just another reason to exploring! I know this sounds like reason, but really Mesa Biomes are another biome that when players find, they go "Oh. A Mesa Biome. Maybe I'll get some clay, but that's all I'll do.". I think this might make the mesa biome more interesting and not just seem like some random biome with mountains of clay in it.
-Pictures will be added soon.
Also, I've created a banner for the 2.0 Version, add this to your signature if you support this(2 Things. 1.This is not the official banner. I will update soon. 2. Copy the image and paste into your signature. I can't get the link to work, so I had to choose the best option available.)
I think a new daylight sensor should be added. It is called the Timed Daylight Sensor.
Crafting-Like the regular daylight sensor, but with a clock in the center.
Functionality-Serves the same purpose as the original, but with the clock, right clicking on it will open up a menu to select what time of day you want the sensor to be turned on (e.g. Morning, Noon, Afternoon, Midnight)
Note: I do not have a texture dued to not having the software to created my own texture.

This is already available in MCPE, so if this would be added to PC, it would be a ported feature.

About all of what you said is are MCPE's cauldrons

1. These features are coming. Stop rushing the developers.
2. Developers don't go on this site.

We already had a landscape update. Its called 1.7.2

This could appeal to players who focus on more of the combat side of Minecraft

Cool. What software did you use to make it? Is it for PC? Or mobile?

This... Is bad. SO many useless things are in this suggestion. Do we really need toilets? If you want a realistic game, try the Sims.
No Support.
