    This is my first making a thread on this site... So I hope this is acceptable...

    I have no experience whatsoever in modding of any kind.


    What I was thinking is making a mod so that harmful potion effects did not hinder you're vision that much. I play on a server with things called traits, and they allow you to add potion effects to your strikes. Some people abuse this, because the effects stack, especially when using bows. Soon, you get hit by an arrow, and you're blinded for 3 seconds, withered for 5 seconds, and with nausea for 10...


    Would it even be possible for a mod to change how potions affected you're vision? Some examples would be:

    -Making nausea minimal swirling

    -Blindness transparent-ish

    -High level slowness not affecting FOV dramatically

    -Etcetera


    I think this would just be a really useful clientside-type mod to have in general, even without my extreme example for everyday play. Again, I would not know how difficult this would be, or if even possible, but its just an idea...


    If there is a resource pack that does this, and Im being a complete derp, I would love to know ^_^

    I really dont know how this would work in vanilla minecraft...

    I feel as though, if there where to be more than one spawner, it would really be milked for grinding and that sort of thing... and that you dont really have to follow the "maze".... You could just break through everything... Im not trying to hate, but thats just my opinion. I completely agree, however that the current dungeons have a little more to be asked of... Besides that, you have my support :nssnss: by Drazile12

    Hello,

    Ive been using macros far a really short amount of time, and I cant really seem to get this right... the first file that I put in my macros folder that was in my mods folder worked perfectly fine, but the next couple really didnt show up in the macro menu...

    Is this a common problem? I cant really seem to figure out whats wrong....

    Any suggestions?

    Hey, so I have been playing with this mod for a while, almost 2 months-ish now, along with many other mods that I have sort of compiled together. Recently, I added maxed out Swiftness with my Boots of the Traveler from Thaumcraft, using Enchanting Plus, then I removed it. What resulted was that, even without ANY boots on, I had the Swiftness effect, even AFTER deleting the mod, etc. I dont know if this is something that has happened before, or if it is completely new, but this is a REALLY big problem (Maxed out Swiftness is so dang fast :P), and I hope that someone can help me...

    Could someone help me with some problem I'm having?

    I recently have started playing modded survival, and I thought that MFR would be the perfect addition to my small collection of mods. I placed both the PowerCrystals core and the MRF mod into my mods folder from Forge, and It would sort of start the game, but then crash. I tried without MFR, to see what the problem was, and it would start out normally, but once I clicked on my world to start it, it would, again, crash.

    Even MORE recently, I installed MagicLauncher. With that, I was able to see that when I put the PowerCrystals Core mod in, it says that
    there are no mods found. This is really bothering me, so I was wondering if anyone knew what I was doing wrong. It doesnt show up as if there are any other conflictions...

    For anyone that has played with the "test" version of MAtmos for 1.7.2, I was just wondering whether anyone found anything REALLY buggy or out of the ordinary with it, because I'm thinking of getting it, and I just sorta wanted to make sure if it would actually WORK.
